I love my hygienist and met Dr. Erica for the first time, she was also very kind. The entire staff is very sweet and I really do genuinely highly recommend this place to everyone.

Kindest and gentlest dental team that you will find! They are a wonderful office to work with and the people there really care about their patients. Dr. Joey and Dr. Josh may be father and son but very different personalities and I adore them both! Very professional at what they do and you can't ask for any better care than they provide for you! If you are looking for a dental office then look no further-you have found it!

I love going to the dentist now. Everyone in the whole office is so nice and makes you feel at home. You don't even feel as if you are in a dentist office. My dental hygienist is the best. Thank you Karen Shaffer for such a pleasant experience.

Dr.de Graffenried and his entire staff provide a very relaxing and stress-free dental experience. From the moment I walk in and am greeted by the office staff to the cleaning by the hygienist to the consultation with the doctor, I know I am in the hands of professional, caring people.

First dental office I have ever been to that I was able to get my teeth cleaned right then! And I was a walk in new patient! Very friendly and efficient staff! I'm so glad my son referred me there! Extremely impressed!

I haven't gone to. Dentist since I was 18 years old I'm currently 25. Growing up I had horrible experiences with dentist and have avoided them ever since I could. I had a dental emergency happen though and HAD to see a dentist. J de Graffenried was the only dentist who would see an 8 month pregnant lady. So I made an appointment for that same day and had a lovely experience.
Dr. Erica is a lovely dentist to work with and took her time to talk with me and go over everything with me.

I actually have another appointment scheduled scheduled for after this baby is born and they'll work with me on my comfort level.

Congratulations to them! They restored a big part of that lost trust I had for dentist

I had a very good experience at my dentist visit! The staff was so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend J de Graffenried Dentistry to anyone! They are very thorough and caring! My daughter also loves it there. They make us feel like family!

Dentistry can be a sterile and scary process but Dr. Joey makes tooth care something to look forward to.

Exceptional service and care! When you are treated by Joseph de Graffenried and his staff you feel like you are a part of a family! It is an awesome experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out! I highly recommend them!

I am terrified of going to the dentist and he and his staff are patient and understanding with me each and every time!

We received a return call from the office. I absolutely have restored confidence in our preferred dentist office. Ownership of having dropped the ball was openly offered without me having to say anything and we are working with open communication on how we might be able to figure out staying with the dentist. Fix this situation and keep it from happening. We know they will hold true to making sure we are taken of as they promised and I don’t feel like we could have asked for better communication understanding and professionalism. Thank you for hearing me- thank you for opening communication and thank you for ownership of this! That restores so much more faith than anything else can.

We used to love this place. And I will change my review if things are handled well but as of right now I am stunned that work was performed on my daughter and THEN I was told that nothing was covered by my insurance. We had provided our insurance change up front to them days in advance. The lady said “we tried to leave a voicemail. ” Did you hear back from me? Don’t you think a person is probably going to respond to a message like that? Well ok- and why when we arrived did NO ONE bother to clarify and make sure that NOTHING would be covered. Why would you even start work on someone whose insurance wasn’t going to pay you without clarifying that we could pay out of pocket first? I absolutely do not understand how this even happened. Seriously!
