Parents had their roof done by this company. The sales team is great But the crew that came out was unprofessional and left a mess. Came out 3 different times because lack of parts for breathers on roof. They took all shingles but left all the metal trim and told them that's not their mess its up to homeowners to get rid of that part.

This company produces excellence every single day. Give them a call and I promise they will take care of you. They sure pulled through for me.

JFerg of Lubbock, is the best roofers in our area. I wanted a good company with sound workers and someone who didn’t cut corners. JFerg was the best choice I could have ever made. Mitch listened to all my concerns and gave me the roof I had been looking for. I am pleased with my purchase. You truly get what you pay for and with JFerg, I got the best roofing deal in town. I am happy, pleased and satisfied.

Our roof was poorly replaced. There were nails and trash everywhere! Then, we barely had a sprinkle, it leaked into my walls and damaged the sheet rock. I then discovered that the "new roof" was damaged and had marks, tar and silicone etc, and large gaps in shingle placement. This is my home! To make it all worse my driveway was severely and permanantly damaged. They promised to pay us to replace sections of it, and to work with their subcontractor for recoopment of the cost.all promises without the $ for the repair. We have sent invoices and have begged for follow up. We had our roof replaced 2 years ago and we were happy with the result but the quality has declined so much. I wanted to love these guys, but everyday I look at a driveway that was damaged by forklift marks and what they say is damage from abc roofing. I didn't hire ABC, they did! I hired JFerg. I hoped they would make things right but it has been since June! I wish I could post pictures here, I have been so frustrated with the process of trying to prod them along to do the right thing. Select any other roofing company!

J Ferg Pros did an excellent job from start to finish. I would highly recommend using them and Mitch our Project Manger.

When I filed my claim for roof damage, my homeowner’s insurance (Farmer’s) contacted me. Of course, I could choose any roofer I wanted. If I chose to go with the Farmer’s referral list, I would have Farmer’s warranty. If I didn’t like who they sent, I could request the next roofer on their list. I had gotten one estimate outside of Farmer’s. That estimate just seemed to good to be true and it made me uneasy. Since there are so many local roofers, I had not a clue who to use. I went back to the Farmer’s option. Then came JFerg Roofing. I worked only with one person-Autry Dawson, Project Manager. From the 1st meeting, I knew I was in good hands! He took great care of everything! From my initial meeting, to subsequent meetings, to the actual roofing, everything was on time. And my new roof is just awesome! I’m so grateful for Farmer’s and Jferg. Thanks to all at Farmer’s and JFerg Roofing!

I am not sure if I am putting this review in the correct place because I am reviewing J Ferg Pros property mgmt area of their company. My daughter recently moved into a duplex in Lubbock that is owned and or managed by J Ferg Pro. It was 110 degrees outside on the day we met with Carly in the office in Wolfforth to get the keys and finalise the lease. She was AWESOME to work with from start to finish through the application process. When we arrived at the unit, there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. (Main one was the the unit was 99 degrees inside and it appeared that the unit wasn’t working because we couldn’t get it to cool down. My daughter called Carly, and to my utter amazement, within ONE HOUR 3 guys showed up (it was close to 5pm). After an hour or so, they realized that they needed an AC guy. Within just a few minutes, the AC guy showed up. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I am 54 years old and have NEVER seen this type of response from a mgmt company. I pray this same level of service continues through the kids lease but my first impressions are OVER THE MOON!? A little side note, my husband and I own a home in the 4700 block of 65th, and J Ferg Pro put a beautiful new roof on our home earlier this year. All went PERFECTLY. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their TOP notch company and would trust them completely.

J Ferg did an incredible job replacing our roof! They were responsive, reasonably priced, and walked us through the process start to finish. Chase was great and made sure we got the full value of the product we were paying for. We couldn't have asked for a better or smoother experience!

I just got a brand new, metal roof from JFerg and I couldn't be happier. Chase McDonald was the gentleman I worked with. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He walked me through the entire process and if I ever had any question he was available and happy to answer me. The roofers were quick and efficient. They cleaned up well when they were finished and Chase came by to inspect roof and ran magnet again for me to insure there were no nails for us to step on. They also sent a representative by to check the flue on my water heater and heating unit to make sure everything was connected well and no CO2 was coming back in to my home. I highly recommend them! Oh, one last thing, I am an older single female and was never talked down to. That is highly important to me!

I have had two roofing projects done by J Ferg, one residential, and one commercial. Both times I was extremely pleased with their work. And Chad, my rep was great to work with. He didn’t mind taking the time to answer my litany of questions and seemed to be truly concerned that they meet my expectations. They are my go to roofing company from now on.

J. Ferg was very professional and the whole process was so easy! I can’t believe they finished everything in 1 day! I’ll definitely use them again and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a new roof!

We recently had our roof replaced by J Ferg and were very impressed with the process. Chase McDonald was our project manager and he took care of all the details for us. Chase answered all our questions, kept us informed, and checked on our home after completion. The roofing crew did excellent work and cleaned up when they were finished.
