We had new LVP floors put in our 3 bedrooms & master closet (replacing carpet). They were able to match our existing flooring perfectly! Everyone from the owners down to the installers were kind and professional. Would recommend and work with them again if the need comes up.

This is the second time that we have used J&H for flooring in our home. Benito and George did another very conscientious and quick job installing. The place looks great! Thanks John!

Had a very good experience. The installation crew was very professional. They moved all the furniture and replaced it after completing the job. They had real hard time removing the original floor and it took an extra day to finish but the end result was outstanding. If you’re thinking about replacing your floor I highly recommend J&H Family Flooring.

I understand the reviews but i have to review my experience
I went with them because the reviews were so good so first thing i wanted 2 quotes one for the carpet one for the floor, the guy went and said ok ill send the quotes tomorrow all good. 2 days went by and nothing i called the 3rd day no answer left a voice mail no answer, i had to send an email and they answer with just a photo nothing else JUST 1 quote everything together EXPENSIVE listen we are all adults here i run a business too if you dont want to do it just say i dont wanna do it dont send me an expensive quote and be unprofessional just for me to decline, i dont know reviews are different from my experience i cant recommend the costumer service maybe they work good idk. Dont traying to be the bad guy here but I really do feel like they just said he has a small house i dont wanna do it lets send him an expensive quote

My fiancé & I are first time homebuyers & we wanted to change the flooring around in our preowned home. We even had him come back out because we wanted to add additional rooms to the quote. He also allowed us to take a few samples home & discuss what we wanted. John was great to work with from beginning to end. The crew he sent out to put hand scraped wood on our stairs and game room (we had them remove our carpet) was very polite, did a great job and cleaned up so well. They were very detailed in doing any final touch ups, etc. I would highly recommend J&H Family Floors and will definitely use them again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about the owner, John, and the whole J&H team! We had water damage in our house that required new floors and they took such amazing care of us. John himself came out to measure and give us a quote, which was very fairly priced. Because of the great pricing we decided to redo the whole house and kitchen backsplash.best decision ever! The crew arrived at the time they promised and completed the work within the estimated time frame. They even stayed until after 7pm the last day to finish cleaning up so my husband and I could move back into the house that night (I think they knew we were tired of being in a hotel). John was great. His crew looked like they were experienced. Although they left a few troubled areas.
As he didn’t have a complete sample selection in his store we got our ideas from NFM and john got it done. In more than half the time it would have taken the big store people to get it done.
For John this truly a family business.

We got hardwood added to the house and also carpet.
