These people are scammers, they charged me for a 7ft negative battery cable a total of 316 Usd, they are thieves and the invoice said 245 Usd, made up invoice. I do not recommend it if you are in Dallas, TX or Irving, TX, look for another workshop

They are always on the willimg of helping. Also, they are very organized on assigning a mechanic to your truck from the begginning to the end of sevice.

Always my GoTo place for big truck repairs! The people here are great! And the mechanics know their stuff!

One of the worst experiences my father ever had to deal with. They are very inconsiderate of your time. He got there at 9a in the morning yesterday right when they opened to get his truck issue fixed and stayed there all day until their closing time at 6pm. He told them many times if they do not have time today to check or fix his truck, he could leave and come back another time. After asking them several times literally every other hour, they always said yes we will look at your truck today, you don’t need to leave but they DID NOT so he wasted his whole day there. Up until the last hour he asked them to move their vehicles that was parked right behind his truck, they told him they can’t which is RIDICULOUS so he had to Uber back home after spending all day there. Such an unpleasant experience. What a waste of time and money and he has to deal with it again today Uber there so he can get his truck back that’s been parked there since yesterday morning. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ATLEAST BE HONEST WITH THEM SO THEY CAN GO ON ABOUT THEIR DAY. Horrible experience!

Three visits, three disappointments!
First visit years back, lost a phone
Second visit, Jaime deleted my dpf, which had cost me pains over the years
Third visit, oil leak and clutch, cost $6000+. Two weeks thereafter, traces of oil leaks from the front of Cummins engine. All entreaties fell on deaf ear and my money gone!

Jaime refused to take a look at it!
Never seen this level of arrogance and disdainful treatment to a client!
Stay away from this rude guy unless you are spanish speaking south American / Guatemala, El Salvador! This guy has no regard for people from the other worlds!
Their inexperienced mechanics will ruin your truck and if you come back with the complaint, you will be ignored! Be warned! Do not lose your money, time and truck!
