I have always thought that going to a bigger car lot you could get a better deal on a vehicle. Boy was I wrong. With a small town business they care about you and the service they give. I will never go anywhere else but J. P. Moters in Clarksville Tx.

Not impressed with the cost, but very impressed with the quality of the service & knowledge of the mechanics.
The work was done well. I have no complaints about that. I was upset when I arrived home and started looking at the receipt. I had gone in for an oil change only. The receipt showed that they rotated and balanced the tires and charged me for it. I did not need anything done to my tires. I get that done where I bought my tires. Lesson learned, read the receipt before you leave the facility.
The entire staff went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Couldn't ask for better people or a better experience.
I am 90 plus yrs old and live alone and my vehickles were picked up for me, serviced and returned home. I was more than satisfied.
The service coordinator is very knowledgeable and the mechanic who worked on my car did a a great job. Prices are a bit high.
