Alexandria (and the entire team) were incredible. I had a pile of broken gold jewelry and some crazy ideas, and they turned everything into gold. Literally lol. The team were incredibly patient and helped me design my new wedding set, and it turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.

I am so pleased with the customer service and product quality, that I am commissioning J West to create a custom bangle bracelet out of my old gold, as well as designing a unique diamond and gold pendant.

I went in for a battery exchange and was taken care of quickly with my watch in perfect working order; keeping perfect time. They have a lifetime battery replacement which is definitely worth the fee.

J West is the best. Kelli and Joe are fantastic. They have a great and very reasonable priced selection and if you want Joe to custom make something for you he can do that too. They have made several custom pieces for us and they are our jewelers for live.

I entrusted them to repair my wife's wedding ring and they went above and beyond! My wife loves it! And they helped me customize a separate setting for the chipped stone to make it double special! Fantastic result and they were so helpful.

My grandmothers engagement stone was repurposed into my engagement ring so I’m a little uptight when it comes to repairs or sizing. Everyone at J. West was so nice, knowledgeable, and calm with my neuroses. I was especially nervous that the antique stone had no laser ID on it (like stones nowadays). They talked me through the stone certification process so that I could be absolutely sure that the stone I dropped off was the stone I picked up. I cannot recommend them enough. J West is the best jeweler in central Texas and certainly in Round Rock. I love this family owned-operated shop. They have done work for me on several occasions and have always been helpful and honest. They tailored a special necklace for me and have done several tweaks to my wedding ring. With their craftsmanship, both pieces are even more beautiful than before. I trust them which is not an easy thing to do with a ring that means so much to me. They helped me add a diamond band on top and bottom of my wedding ring and this last go around, we replaced the white sapphire with a beautiful diamond.

Had custom work done on my wedding set. Very pleased with the results. I get compliments everywhere I go.

My mom died recently and I was left with several of her and my dads rings. They consulted with me for several hours over a few days to turn these precious items into several pendants. They truly cared about the design and spent the time with me to get it right down to every detail. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Highly recommend!
