THIS IS AFTER I PAID FOR THE SERVICE!

CLEARLY NOT A CHRISTIAN BUSINESS.manager gave me nothing but excuses. Called 6 times, 2 corporate people, no help. Manager not managing.
Less than zero stars.

I dropped off a shirt brand new from Dillard's that have never been worn. I was really excited about wearing it. Upon inspection after receiving it back, it had a large tear down the side of it.

. This is beyond me. I was even told by the staff that this happens all the time. Well what do you expect? Look at their other yelp scores

Two stars only because the attendant is friendly. Had to get my shirt laundered twice because it came back the first time wrinkled and with blue stains. Second time it came back it was still wrinkly. Not sure who they have on the press, but if you want crisp shirts this is not the place for you. I was also told that they don't dry clean shirts, they launder them. So I paid $3.79 to do a worse job than I could have done at home. And I will have to iron it. I brought a custom shirt to them because I wanted delicate dry cleaning.maybe that's how dry cleaning is, but I never asked before because other places do it well and I've never had to ask what was going on?

No cease was supposed to be put in my jeans and guess what, they put creases in my jeans anyway

I work here and its fine gets the job done but sometimes there will still be stains on the clothes

Great business, great location, great people. The manager there is super nice and goes out of her way to treat me like family and make sure everything is done completely to my satisfaction.
