The person who was managing the front counter on Saturday, September 23, at the Lincoln Heights location at 999 East Bassi Rd, is wonderful. She takes care of customers. She is diligent about her work. And she makes see her customer experience. Very good.

Cleaning is excellent
Although like everything… costly
Way too expensive, we had a dress with beads, they charged $30
And at no risk to them if they messed it up!
Paloma is always extremely friendly and kind. I love that she always knows my name. Truly a joy to see when I get my laundry.
Arrived to be told a button was off my jacket so it could not be cleaned. I protested that the button was in when I dropped off the piece. Finally the staff person offered to send the jacket to Alterations at no cost to sew on the button but it would take a week or more. The price quoted for the three initial pieces was less than the price for the two pieces s they were able to clean so something was wrong with the pricing/estimate. No prices for jackets vs tops were displayed. I left feeling very frustrated with the service
