Great friendly service & very pleasant staff. Was told a jacket couldn’t be cleaned but, they tested it & cleaned it beautifully. Will continue to use as best cleaners in SA.

I’ve always had good experiences with JB. However, I took two formal dresses to be steamed and they ironed them. They made creases where there shouldn’t have need creases. I spent almost $100. Fortunately, I was able to steam most of it out. I’m waiting on a call back from a manager. The woman I spoke to said I could bring them back in and they’d re-do them. I said no thanks. I can’t run the risk of them damaging the dresses at this point.

They did not spot treat blouse. I used products at home and it is perfect.
Obviously they did not touch the spots at all. Other 2 items were fine

This is been my favorite cleaners. They pay great attention to detail, and I’m always happy with how Cleaning turns out.

They have taking great care of my clothes. Their customer service is very good and they are very friendly and fast.

Won’t go back. 15 pieces (1 dress, 4 dry clean shirts, 10 laundered shirts) $185 total. That’s $12 dollars each. That’s ridiculous. To top it off they ruined one of my Robert Graham shirts that irreplaceable. Avoid this place.

Would never recommend this establishment. So overpriced. They charged me $40 for a simple dry cleaning of a concert dress- come to find out, other businesses in the area charge $15. Would never recommend and won’t be back. Making a note to share with other people next year who will need HS concert dresses cleaned before turning back in.

I have lived in Stone Oak for 3 years and have used Jack Brown cleaners several times. Always a good experience.

I’m giving the service process 5 stars BUT! Be ready to a VERY high end premium. This place has to be the most expensive dry cleaner in San Antonio. I paid $38 to dry clean 2 suits. For the same service the cleaners begin Taco Cabana was $14…next time I’ll get off my car and walk in.

Have used their services multiple times. They are very professional, courteous and always in time.

I needed the dry cleaning back the next day. I was able to drop it off by 6: 00 PM and had it by noon the next day. Wonderful have such a speedy turn around. Thank you
