4The dry cleaning was satisfactory, however the service made me feel unwelcome
You are allowed to be closed for bad weather, if that's why you're closed. However, I require you to call each of your customers whose garments were due that day. Remember that the only reason you have a job is to save me time. I will hold you personally accountable for this.
You should always answer the phone during business hours. Not having voicemail is unacceptable.
You can be replaced. Where will you go with your skillset?
I drop off my dress shirts and it comes back cleaned, they also make recommendations based on fabric.
Don’t even bother. Seriously.
I only strayed from my normal dry cleaner because I was short on time and this place was closer. Absolutely unreasonable pricing for dry cleaning (which they do not disclose until your items are ready for pick up).
