Jack in the Box, Houston TX

I'm not very impressed with the service because I could have gone in the back and made my own hamburger and fries and visited with everyone else in there and maybe made a few calls in the time it took them to do it and I was the only one in the place. Maybe I should have taken a shower also. I got no smile just a tired look at 11: 30 in the morning plus the wifi wasn't working half the time I was there. I spent almost $10 for this

People are always friendly. Only had one mistake on an order. But, the customer service is great

Lady mess up my order forgot my two burgers told us at the window everything was in the bags get home two burgers missing made bags feel like everything was in there and fries or never hot n fresh

Order was made corectly only take away is the drive thru set up, i believe there isn't a dine in option.

Left a sonic and a different jack in the box on 249 because the service was beyond horrible. Stopped by at this jack in the box yesterday close to 1 am. There was only one young lady working with Amazing customer service she had a very long line but attended us very quickly and all by her self with great attitude would give her 10 stars if possible!

This JB is pretty good at keeping the line moving, as a fast food place should. I haven't tried a lot of items here, but the sourdough burger and sourdough breakfast sandwich always taste fresh. And the food is served at the right temperature.

Wanted the spicy popcorn chicken and they were over cooked. 2nd bad experience within a week. Won't be a 3rd.

Convention location, friendly nice staff, quick services, best location right at the the two main locations quickly noticable.

I don't have a car so the convenience of the restaurant made it a good place to stop by.it's right by the light rail. C@.

Curly fries, mozarella sticks, onion rings, chicken sandwiches, and tacos are what I go for to this place.

I have always had great experience from the many visits. My favorite jack in the box. Hands down.

I have mixed love for this location. I love it when they have sweet tea. But honestly thats probably only 30 or 40% of the time. When I got at least. Lady in there works hard and I appreciate everything she dose. If anyone is looking for a job come make this ladys day a little easier and make some money doing it.

The worst drive through time ever. I went about 2am on a Friday night going into a Saturday morning and it took over 15 mins to answer me at the menu sign. I was the 3rd of 3 cars. When I finally go to the window, I was told they only staff 2 people at night. It was unsatisfactory. I will not visit that location again because its happened more than once. This is Veterans and Antoine location.

Taked too long to serve food the workers playing and laughing while they have you waiting for 15 minutes for food and the fact i was the only client in drive threw

Literally just got a fry, and they are not close to even being edible. How hard is it to get someone a hot fry. I’ve worked in fast food before and it’s despicable to give people food you wouldn’t even eat yourself

Not bad. The customer in front of us had a order that was not ready with me and two other cars behind. A brother brought the orders that were ready out so we could go about our night. Thanks!

The drive through is so cramped it literally requires a three point turn to navigate it. Also, the grossest sweet tea I have ever tasted in my life.

First Jack in the box to charge for buttermilk ranch on top of that, the way the employee came about it was aggressive, acted as if I was going to take the buttermilk ranch and take off without paying, customer service horrible.

I love coming to this JIB! Always have great customer svc no matter what time I come! Way 2 go!
