Jack in the Box, Austin TX

I go to Jack n the Box every month after probation. I have always been partial to their hard tacos and have gotten used to their price having gone up too. My budget is super limited but I thoroughly enjoy this hiatus from food preparation after seeing my awesome probation officer, Richard Rodriguez at the Burnet Rd Adult Probation office about the 20th of each month. I can never afford a drink but I remain thankful for my resources nevertheless. If I were meant to be rich I'd prefer seafood. Ha ha ha.

Good they were very busy but still managed to get the order correct and in good time thumps up to those guys working nights its not that easy

This place sucks. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one was there to take an order.will not come back.ever.

I come to this location often and I have come to love the night crew. Very friendly. I was especially surprised to see them open on Christmas Eve in 2019. It made my night. Nothing else was open but there they were working overnight. I highly recommend. Food always comes exactly as I ordered it.

My manager is nice breakfast firer 2 for 3 sausage fried eggs 1$ donut firer birthday cake 1- 10 10 great job

This was one of those late-night stop ins the only reason why I'm leaving this review is because this burger was hot and fresh. The fries were like they just came out of the deep fryer. I typically would not expect hey Jack in the Box to have such fresh food this late in the wee hours.

Food is ok but not great I am a student at ACC Highland Mall and this jack in the box is right across the street so its convenient for a quick bite.

Took me almost 20 minutes to get 5 chicken nuggets. They were also out of shake mix and had to refill it so I couldn't order a shake. They should be on their game seeing as they have a host of students from ACC that give them business. Friendly staff, but it's beyond ridiculous to have to wait so long in line.

It wasnt bad but not the best.felt grimy walking in and some of the workers were just standing thete while i waited for my order to be taken

Already decent staff but I've never seen Jack working on the store. One day I will find him and have my vengeance. Once that's done, Ronald better watch out. Wendy pays good for their bounties.

Worst jack in the box ever took 1 HR to get my food very slow service and they don't even care how slow they are. I would recommend going somewhere else

Nobody seemed to care when I was at the counter. Employee had her cell phone out and fries were COLD. Very disappointed at that location

Pulled into drivethru and was greeted by some person who obviously hates their job saying “yes” not “welcome to jack in the box how may I take you order” that is seriously the worst customer service I realize it’s fast food but that is not how you treat paying customers just because you don’t want to be there doesn’t mean you need to be a horrible person

Late night weekday. Got my order completely wrong and added some random flavor to my powerade. Fries were a soggy pile of cold potato mush. Burger was cold and not at all what I asked for. I hate this JB.

I've been there on a couple occasions and every time I'm the only one in mine only one there and they always made me wait I will let the five minutes one time and no one came and waited on me and they were doing nothing couple of them aren't even in the dining room they were in back to my other room did you know I was out there

I got the bacon cheddar fries they were unbelievably delicious if you love fries and bacon and cheese you will fall in love

I love JitB! This location was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful - brought the food out to me, way faster than I expected. Only problem was, my Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger was tiny. I was still hungry when I left.

Great food, BUT they seem to have a problem lots of times when I get there at 0630 - 0700 they are not open or people don't show up for work so they can't open the lobby. SO WHATS UP WITH THAT?
