This one time i was stopping at the drive thru and ordering tacos and it felt like the lady didnt want to do her job and she made all of our tacos way to greasy but it was good an all just prove your workers with better and quick service.

Is your southwest salad supposed to be frozen and cold when you get it? Well that's what I got. The vegetables and meat in my other burger were disgusting. I wouldn't recommend solely on cooking. This isn't the first mishap like this.

Jack in the crack.lol.they sometimes put on the persona that they just dont care at all along with no sense or urgency for their customers.

The location on Scarsdale use to have everything, friendly staff, quick service and correct menu items. The last few of times I've gone they have been out things listed on the menu. And then the prices listed on the menu were incorrect. I was charged more when I checked my receipt.

I asked for a jr bacon cheeseburger, they literally just gave me bacon and cheese on the bun! No condiments or even a patty!

Very professional drive thru order taker and cashier in the window. Very precise. I felt confident that I would get what I ordered even though my order included a special request for something that is not on the menu. My order was indeed made to order just as I had requested. Service was fast, food was hot and delicious. Once again I just happened to be passing by after visiting Memorial Herman Southeast with my grandmother.

HEY JACK, please bring back the steak and parm curly fries. (the other one was really good too, bacon and cheese I think). Thanks!

Paid almost 30 bucks live down the street from this place. After waiting almost 15 minutes got home burgers cold fries cold chicken strips we're at least warm. Terrible service and product. Will never go to this one again.

I wanted to find the Jack closest to me. Unfortunately it was surrounded by many homeless people who were looking for a hand out.

Popped into Jack fr a couple of Tacos. They were hit, crispy, and greasy. Just want I expected. Nice snack to tide me over until tomorrow. The JIB on Scarsdale service was quick and food was better prepared than at other JIB locations. JIB need to do some audits to get their system consistent.

On 9/27/19, I purchased 2 salads, they ran my debit card but they said their system wasn't working and that it had not gone through so they asked if I had cash. I handed them a 100 dollar bill and they gave me a receipt that read I paid cash. When I got home about 15-20 minutes later my bank sent me a text message for my Jack in the Box purchase that they had affirmed at the window had not gone through. I drove to the store but because it showed pending in my bank account they said they couldn't do anything. On 9/30/19, it went from pending to approved so I was double charged: once on my card for which a receipt didn't exist and once in cash. I went to show them and the manager, a Hispanic lady, after going back and forth told me, in front of 2 other customers at the lobby, that in the 20 years she's been there this has never happened. That "just this one time" they will fix it - I'm a Engineer with an MBA and a business owner - as she implied, in front of 2 other customers in the lobby, I do not fake information to get $12.21. She was extremely offensive, unethical, and unable to deal well with their system issues.

Food is still good but the place is understaffed so it took a while for my food to get done. Still good taste though

This location was awful and I was so disappointed. I was craving some tacos so I stopped by on my way home. The tacos were old and greasy and the burger was sloppy but the biggest problem was the drink selection was jacked up. They had no diet selection at all except for the drive thru and acted like I had the problem when I asked about it. I will not stop here again for sure. Corporate needs to visit this place and get more training for the management. Sad to see this these days just sad.

Very slow service and some employees welcome you better than others. The place smelled bad specially when they mopped the floor by the coke machine.

Soda machine in lobby out of most flavors, better ask for them to fill it up behind the counter. Slow service both from the front to the food coming out. And be prepared to check it and make sure it's correct. Drive thru also slow. Seems to be a younger crew working, lots of movement but not working together to get orders accomplished in a quick and orderly manner.

Workers at the front counter just stare at you like you're going to take your own order and cook it. Took 10 minutes for somebody to take my order
