Jack in the Box, League City TX

Worst customer service I have ever recieved at any jack in the box locations. Me and another couple of cars waited for far TOO long in the drive through when there were no other cars infront of us at the window. Absolutely ridiculous

24 hours a day, to or from Hobby International Airport, go there for good food, good service, great staff and a fast drive-through. You'll be saving a ton of money rather than buying food inside the airport or getting a quick meal on the way home. The entire menu, including breakfast, is always available.

The workers take forever to get food ready and when it is, it's not even the right order me and my mother in law waited for 20 minutes and they still didn't bring the order right the first time. Also the workers are very rude and unprofessional didn't like this experience at all.

Sourdough jack and fries were cold and bread was burnt. Rude staff acted like they didn't care and had attitude because I requested a refund. Typical at this location not sure why I keep going there ever so often with same result.

They take forever to just take your order & then are constantly giving you your food wrong & not to mention that their customer service is bad

Terrible.i waited 10 min. To place my order and then 15 min. To get my food.i thought it was fast food. Guess i was wrong.

Don't like there food. People are nice, not their fault food isn't that good. Not just Jack in Box here either.

Food was okay. Customer service was lacking and the time to get your food was too long. Plus the screen was messed up and I could barely her the lady on the speaker. They really need to fix the equipment.

Food was good, it's fast food, not a 5star restaurant. Service was a little slow, but it seemed like the lady at the front was new.

Bad experience I’m not that person that likes complaining But today I just had it, It was Today at 3: 30 pm We stop to order 8 shakes, they said they didn’t have enough to make maybe 5 But On a Sunday. So we sadly end up with just 3 and Yes they told us to park at the front like always when they gave us our shakes we’re melted and had chunks inside there was no customers inside, this is my second time in 2weeks that I stop At this location, and it’s really hard to understand why they have people working and don’t even work at all, they take your order they’ve make you park for no reason when there’s no customer in the store I understand when there’s busy days like lunch hour but the two times I been there, Not one person inside. Now I understand why. I will rather stop some where else to get me a meal there’s a lots of restaurants and will drive my self far if I want jack

Good food for the price don't like having to hear Spanish spoken constantly while I'm in there though otherwise always a good meal

The tacos here are usually chewy instead of crunchy. Either the are not cooked long enough or hot enough. Is something wrong with the fryer?

Sometimes they have fast service and my order is correct. Sometimes I am waiting longer than I should and my order is incorrect. Average staff.

Fresh, quick, nice options for your budget and children options. The fries were better than I thought they would be. I didn't even need ketchup! I ate my cookies first! =)
