Jack in the Box, Conroe TX

Horrible, the cashier took my money and then went over and started bagging my fries hand all over them. Ahe got mad when I told her about it and asked for a refund. Then got mad cause I asked for my receipt showing that she refunded my money.

Food is alright but they get rude about condiments and how much they limit you without even knowing your willing to pay.

Asked for a coffee and was poured. When I asked her if the coffe was fresh. Because I seen her she put in the microwave. She said they did not make none. So there for just dont sell me the coffe

Service is ok sometime they are under staff and don't clean the lobby and restroom as well. Every now and then they well carry your food to the table and this is do to under training and being understaffed a lot of the times too many times I've have seen customers not get the right or same treatment.

I have been a jack-in-the-box lover ever since the 70s and still am and I will accept any coupons you offer some free would be nice?

Tired of the over night shift I went today and order I spoke plain and clear they didn't get my order right I have really had it with this jack jack in the box I won't return

Clean, the food is on par with other Jack in the box restaurants. Taste is good enough but not outstanding

Our orders were wrong and when we said something the lady rudely told us we didn't order the things that were missing even though she repeated our orders to us several times

It's a gas station Jack in the box. Quick service and always friendly staff. I work near by, so I come here quite often and get good food. Gas prices there are always higher, as well as the gas station stuff, but Jack in the box has it's own side with it's own soda fountain mixology machine.

I would have gave afive star because the food was awesome but the reason it's getting a four-star is because the tacos made my stomach hurt.

I ordered tacos and an egg roll today, everything I got was cold and the tacos looked like they had been floating in grease all day. The food at the location on n loop 336 by the Walmart super center has had horrible food for the last year at least. During a previous visit I asked for large root beer and I was told they didn't have any fountain drinks so then I asked for a large tea & I was told "I didn't have tea either" I ask the lady, what do you have to drink and she said there was nothing to drink in the restaurant, I said I find that hard to believe but OK, The lady that brought my food to me said I don't know why she keeps telling everybody that.our fountain drinks behind the counter are broke but the ones in the lobby work I'll go get you a root beer. It is the manager that told me there was nothing to drink and the girl that brought me my root beer no longer works there, go figure! I keep hoping it will get better, because I like Jack in the Box, but it doesn't.

This place has gone way down hill. We keep giving it a chance and everytime it's worse then before. First when we went in the drivethru we placed our order and tried to order shakes we were rudley told the machine was broken.okay no problem.but then our order was wrong on the screen. She fixes it and we make it to the window pay and head home. Our entire order is wrong, we got one burger we didn't order, the other was wrong with condiments and missing the bacon and them we didn't even get our chicken nuggets and we ordered large on both meals but got a medium on one meal and large on the other? Anyways it's 1 am at this point the manager who has always been rude isn't even there and we will now just avoid this place at all cost. It's a waste of money.

Went to the location in conroe next to walmart and the lady at the drive through esse rude. Didn't let me finish my order before she interpreted me and i asked for cheese sauce and ranch on my chicken nuggets three times and still didnt get the ranch on my nuggets.

Tacos mostly lettuce, burgers burnt and not even warm enough to melt the cheese also had a kind of chemical flavor underneath. Only thing decent was the curly fries and they were almost stale service was slow although the lady was trying to run the window and the counter she was very friendly and doing her best. The 2 people preparing the food moved like zombies and apparently had no concerns about our food. Honestly has to be the worst Jack in the box I've ever stopped at. Got my food to go so I can't take it back now just gotta choke it down cause I'm starving

Not good. We ordered southwest salad to go. No salad dressing no utensils. Very poor service. I will not go back.

Great variety of food any time of day. Not many healthy options, but hey, I didnt go there to stick to my diet. Make sure you add a few tacos to your order for 50c each. And dont forget the honey mustard sauce for your fries or chicken sandwich! Their sauce is great. Staff isnt always the friendliest but they are competent and i havemt had an order issue yet!

They food was good here. Love there French fries taste better than McDonald's fries. Keep up the good work

I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes trying to place my order tonight for my family, before leaving. The lady kept giving us our total before we were done ordering, and without checking to see if we were done. We didn't even pause from ordering, she just cut us off each time we added something. After trying to order for 10 minutes, she began telling us that we couldn't add tomatoes to something, so we just pulled out and left. This service is ridiculous. We were the only car in the drive thru, but it doesn't surprise me with how they do business Whataburger got our business tonight. I will not be returning here. I also tried calling the store to speak to the manager when we left, but to little surprise, nobody answered the phone.

I ordered a BLT cheeseburger combo, get home no tomatoes on it. I take it back and said I ordered a BLT cheeseburger where's my tomatoes. Oh we don't have no tomatoes. Shouldn't you have told me that before I ordered my food. Won't be going back to that one. Always running out of something. You need to order enough food and condiments.

Not a 5 star visit but had no complaints or issues with my visit. Food came out faster than expected and was better quality than expected.
