Your team member that was at drive thru yesterday was rude. I don’t recommend going there if they are going to be rude to everyone. It was only drive thru
It's fast food and it's cheap. You get what you pay for. If you want something better go somewhere else and spend more money
Went with my son to eat. N place was a complete mess. Lobby 95% dirty, it was dead, completely. Fully staffed n yet manager never came t clean lobby nor send her teammember.wow.jst pathetic.
Employees acting nonchalant and careless when you order. Got 2 chicken sandwiches and asked for cheese on 1 if them, ended up getting changed $2.50 for cheese on both sandwiches. Don’t ask for sauce cause it’s a waste of time they won’t give it.
Set your expectations very low when going here. Cockroaches could be trained to do a better job. Nothing is EVER right and the staff are completely ignorant at best.
This location has improved greatly over the last few months. Employees are very nice. Food always hot and fresh.
The food is never right and always a mess. Opened my sandwich and got drenched in cheese. Only good part was the hash browns. Service was horrible.
They put floor cleaner in my fiance's drink as lemonade and the meet was still raw on the cheeseburgers we had and not only they got my drink wrong as well but as we was going through the drive thru there was two employees fighting! We will never return there ever again
Friendly with great service & hot food (made fresh.) We had 6 tacos (made right) & fries. To go: Everything i needed was in the bag.
I like Jack in the Box. At this location and the time I was there the drive thru was was keeping up with the customers orders and not having to wait for very long. Thanks
The tables and chairs had a film, they were busy at the window but failed to greet us just a "ready to order" comment.
Night time food is old and cold. Menu bord does not match with what I was charged. Need to work more on fresh food. Many time got it colder than it has to be.
Service was terrible. Had to wait forever just to give them my order when i finally had to lay on the horn for service. The lady didnt even have her headset charged. Then after paying i had to pull around front to let others through. All i ordered was a couple of tacos that took 20 minutes for me to get.
