1130 pm on a saturday. In & out in a reasonable time. Super friendly cashier. Food was fresh and hot. Fries were left out. 4/5

Jack in the box have always been one of my favorite due to I was an employee there for over 10 years off and on I just love me some Jack in the box

Last week at night drive thru experience was perfect. Mask on and polite. Tonight the lady in the drive thru was absolutely rude no mask, handles money and food without gloves or washing hands. No way I’m going to eat here again. Fix this or I’ll make a formal complaint to health department.

I came here to write and explain my experience in a review, and was not surprised to see other reviewers have the same exact issues as me with this location.

First of all, I travel for work so I was getting hungry and decided to pull in for a quick lunch and eat in my car on my way to my next appointment. I was curious as to why this location was completely empty in the middle of lunch on a work day. There should have been at least a few cars but nope, I was the only one there which is usually a bad sign in my past experiences with fast food.

I placed my order which was extremely simple. Breakfast Jack +Bacon +Sausage. I pulled up to the window and the person was not wearing a mask, not wearing gloves, touched every thing, touched money and not washing their hands. DISGUSTING. We're in the middle of a pandemic and that is a health violation. That is how you spread disease. Handed me my food and I was so angry I was at a loss for words. I was planning on throwing it away and washing my hands afterwards but just out of curiosity I looked at my sandwich and it was missing the Ham and Egg and it was literally only bacon and sausage.

I love jack in the box but this location needs new management and a change of staff ASAP. How are you not loaded with customers being on such a busy road? That's how.

My order was wrong.again. There were items in my order that I did not receive as well as tacos that I did receive that I did not order and they were not cooked all the way. I ordered a Coke and received a diet Coke which had no ice and was almost warm. I wish I could say that this is the first time that this particular Jack in the box is messed up but unfortunately it happens almost every time I go there. I guess time to switch locations and have to drive further.

There is something always going wrong here at this location. Today they are closed and it is 1: 45 p.m.

They are constantly not getting orders right. And they're always closing earlier than posted. This is one of the Jack in the box that I am aware of that is not open 24 hours.
Various times in the evening when they are closing an hour before you would see employees inside but when you pull up they say we are closed. I'm not sure if they're just wasting company time getting paid but I thought I would put this out there maybe other people have seen this before.

Soft drink was literally poured from a 2 liter that was flat. They should have said something in advance before I paid for it.

Waited 30 minutes for the building to open. I asked the guy what time they open. He said, I don't know. Just whenever anybody gets here. I asked him again, he responded with the same answer. I won't be back.

Usually Jack in the box is on point but I ordered the stuffed jalapenos the mini tacos and french fries everything was burnt besides the french fries I literally had to throw out the food honestly I didn't feel like even complaining I just threw it away and chopped it up as a loss I'm sure they would have comps me or something like that I was in a little bit of a hurry. Also the fries were really old and soggy. Not impressed

I ordered twice on Uber eat and didn’t have my burger in it I don’t know what’s going on but I would definitely not be ordering from this establishment anymore
It was just fries both times with no burger and this wasn’t the first time this have happened multiple times with this establishment.

They threw ketchup on top of the box and said you don't need a bag. Chicken combo box was not very good frys were awful.

We were working on I-20 me and my supervisor and I had my co-workers credit card we needed three orders separate orders the guy at the drive through window wouldn't let us make three or he said all he could take was two orders to the drive-thru not cool so no would I go back there and no I would not

I can't say it was bad burgers did seem like the party had been in water which is something fast food places do to keep the amount of time you wait for food, It's just fast food not a inexpensive restaurant you get what you pay for

Not a bad visit, very thankful that they were open and the young who took my order was very helpful I had a lot of questions. I was I little disappointed in the fact that the burger I ordered was not made the way it was advertised. The young lady explained that they missing the bun which was ok, but was missing a few other items.

The curly fries were delicious. The Dr Pepper flat as if I’m drinking from a can that’s been open for 3 days. Burger first bite was great.the second had a black hair in it. So I paid $9 bucks for acceptable curly fries.

Today was a horrible experience. Normally everything is great. Inexperienced workers must have taken over today.

This place never gets it right. You'll ask for a spicy chicken sandwich, say "NO! " to cheese, and still get cheese. Cheese ruins your spicy chicken sandwich. Stop offering it. Stop putting it on the sandwiches, mongrels. Secondly, I've left here more than once without items I've ordered. Smell you later JnB.

I ordered a shake, and was told it would be about 5-10 minutes before it was ready, so I pulled up and parked. After about 25 minutes I drove back around thru the drive thru only to discover they had forgotten about me, so they made my shake a large and gave me a chocolate cake. I also ordered the loaded tacos only to find out when I got back to work that they had given me the regular tacos. I gave them only 1 star for the large shake and cake.

This location has gone down the drain. Very lazy staff and they ALWAYS GET MY ORDERS WRONG. EVEN WHEN I GO BACK, ITS STILL WRONG!
Management needs to train their employees a lot better apparently.
