Jack in the Box, Killeen TX

Haven't had it in a while, but not disappointed, took a little longer than expected to make my order but they were polite and food came promptly.

My wife and I ate here for the first time today, and it’s really good! The food is fresh, and very hot, plus the service was probably the best we’ve had in Killeen. We came through around 1: 30pm today, 1/26/22

Lazy, this place should be shut down.the reviews show it.constant complaints here, zero care, and yall want more money? You're a joke.

Beware, do not go to this Jack in the Box. We've had a bad experience every time at this store. At least a 40 to 60 minute wait in drive thru. Then the food is under cooked, part of order is always missing. Other stores do not have these issues.

Juicy tacos and food was good. You can dine in buy for some reason the A/C never works. Its hot and muggy inside.

As of right now they dont have 2 tacos or hardly any menu items they are slow af and not worth your wait cant even leave the drive thru your gonna be trapped

It’s 8 pm on a Saturday. We are the only people in the drive through. We have been sitting here for 15 minutes and still do not have our food. If you are looking for a quick meal, this is definitely not the place.

HEALTH BOARD NEEDS TO BE NOTIFIED. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN FOR INSPECTION AND DEEP CLEANING! BECAUSE ITS NASTY AND THESE KIDS THAT WORK HERE DONT CARE!

Sourdough jack was dry, gave is the tiniest bits of fries in the combo. Due to water boil order they gave me a tiny juice box instead of a drink for a large combo. Won't be going back.

Waiting for a haft an hour still can't oder. Only one car on front at the pick up window. Can't go anywhere on a hurry because there is another one right behind. End up got the oder and look on the back the car already left.

Fairly lengthy wait for food that ended up being room temperature and quasi-stale. Thank God for microwaves. The staff was nice enough but I mean come on guys. If I'm gonna wait, I at least expect fresh, or at the very least, hot food.

Went threw Drive threw an tried the new burger thar was suppose to come with bacon, not one of my combo's have bacon so for future if you are out of bacon please let customer know

We sat in the drive through for an hour, trapped in line with no way out. Advised the shift manager we were not paying for our food after being stuck in line for so long and was told no. Understaffed, under trained and generally not customer service oriented. Filed a complaint with the jack in the box online form and have not heard back from them. I feel sorry for all of the cars that were behind us because they were trapped for an hour as well.

Terrible serviçe. Drive thru took over 30 min. We could hear yelling from employees in back. No tacos or milkshakes

Getting stuff ordered from the other side of the world comes faster than getting your order at the drive through here. They're pathetic, a slap to the face really. NEVER agin
