Food was ok. Iced coffee watered down. Also all u have to say is there is only one coupon allowed per car. You don't have to yell at the customer.

So.what are the hours because if they aren’t open 24 hours they should change that. Employees keep saying they aren’t taking orders at night.

The lady from the drive tru has an attitude.does not take the orders correctly.she needs to be trained correctly customer service

There didn't seem to be anyone working at the first Jack in the Box we tried today, so we ended up here. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delivered quickly and was hot and tasty. I can see me driving the extra few miles to give this location my business in the future.

Love the place and the food but their late night drive thru is terrible always backed up, if you go between midnight and 1am it's a 45 min wait everytime.

The black kids who work there are very unprofessional and talked bad about me and they didn’t think i heard them.very sad you guys employ such disgusting people like them.

HORRIBLE in all the extencion of the the word bad atitude on my taco there was a hair and i had to wait more than 15 minutes for my drink

Funny how I ask for $20 tacos & they repeat the same thing im asking like if I’m sure just because they being lazy to do it & if is not that it’s the food missing.

I had to call out my order 3 times and at the end, the young lady had not even started it when I reached window. Funny, I have a strong and clear voice, being a school teacher, I have a lot of practice

Missing fries, no straws, ordered the cheese potatoes wedges I said potatoes wedges they don't put cheese or bacon it's kinda common sense I ment the toppings.cashier female blue hair overnights.egg rolls not crispy no crunch bad service usually don't have this issue from the location.

Went on april 6th / April 7th at midnight and ordered 3 large combos for fries for one of them and asked for 2 orders of donut holes and got none. They were also out of egg rolls which isn’t a big deal because they can’t do much about that. But I expect to get what I paid for and this isn’t the first time it happened. Most likely not coming back to this location

Had me waiting for more than 15 minutes in the front counter and the white young lady had an attitude saying we are short of people as I ask her

Went through the drive thru. Guys at the window were rude. Asked for ketchup they closed the window since we wouldn't leave they handed us two and closed the window.

Really bad costumer service from the manager I was placing my food order and she was pushing me to finish with it, also I ordered a spicy sandwich with cheese but they didn't put it on but they charged for it

Did not get what i spent my money on. Please do not go to this location, and you’ll be better off spending your money at nearby fast food places.

I really dont get what goes on in side of the store i have never been inside but there is always something wrong with my order one time i order the popcorn chicken what do i get a box of mini tacos, there is always something left out of my order or something wrong like as of now i order the #29 breakfast sandwich no bacon but extra ham what do i get no ham at all and by the way why just why does Jack In the box need to have 2 eggs those sandwiches you know if they stop doing that they could maybe save on their spending cost as a company and then lower prices or make room for other items but anyway this JnB on clay rd needs to make the kitchen staff slow down and check orders
