Jack in the Box, San Antonio TX

Ordered some regular tacos and they were dry and hard and the same person handling the money made the tacos and no gloves

The wait is long! I'm glad when I worked at Jack in the box on medical we didn't have these slow people working.

Not my usual jack-in-the-box, mine closed down after 35 years. To much homeless issues in the area!

The newest cashier, Keyana is wonderful. Everytime I come through the drive thru late night she is nice. I can hear her snile through the speaker box. I don't go to anyother jack in the boxes around here just because she will be there to take my order.

I ordered take out. Burger was so good. Had to take burned Onion rings back n got money put back on my card. Young Man was very polite.

Food was extremely fresh and hot. I had my food in less then a minute from the time I ordered.

Should be negative stars, group of “workers” all outside smoke pot, and allowed us to sit in the drive through for 15 minutes before saying oh sorry I can only take Uber orders … reaching out to corporate as this is a repetitive behavior. Every night after 8 this business turns in to a complete wreck.
Also it’s wise to have a manager actually present when you have minors working:)

Last night was the most shocking experience ever. I did get to place my order after waiting about 30 minutes in line. When i got up to the window to pay I saw both employee's leave. I believe they were arguing. So i waited to see if they were coming back but they didn't. So i get out of my car and knock on window to check if anyone else was there but no one came. Then i go to the back door because it was open and yell hellooo & No response. Had to let the rest of the people know in line & cops were called. Went inside the building to call the cops myself because i did not have my cellphone. The Employee NAMED ASHLEY didn't see anything wrong with the situation & said her manager knew about. I can't believe a Manager would allow that.

The chicken sandwich was burned ans the tacos looked like they were there for hours. Then they never have enough workers. Seriously just close this location

Went to go get a munchie meal. Employee stated they didn’t have any tacos but did not offer anything in its place to substitute. Even though I was the only one there it still took about 20 minutes to get my food. Upon getting my food got home to discover my drink didn’t have any ice.

We were really hungry in the middle of the night and this place is usually open. We went once through the drive-thru and the girl at the window said the computers were down and it would take 10-15 minutes to come back up. We went for a drive somewhere then came back and then she said they’d be down for the rest of the night. This might be why we haven’t eaten at a Jack in the Crack in a while ‍️

I ordered a spicy nacho chicken sandwich which comes on sour dough bread and has onion rings also in it I paid for that but got this. I ordered a large fry and got a small but charged me for a large. Worst service ever. Will never go here again!

Drive thru cashier had 0 customer skills. She stopped our order a couple of times to take care of something else. We had 4 orders and she didn't even offer cup holders. We asked her for some but they were so thin that 1 gave out and 2 of our drinks spilled. Food was fast, accurate and delicious though.

My first job when I was 16 years old it was at a Jack-in-the-Box their standards were so high compared to now it’s just garbage

Took well over 15mins to be acknowledged at the counter. 1 employee had a cigarette on her ear while making orders. The fries cold stale. Worst fast-food I've ever been too.

Its says 24 hours and yet is not. I already came 3 time and was close. I finally saw it open and just to wait like 20 minutes to order and once I got to order I wanted 6 orders of the tacos and the worker said can only order 5 per car. And she was rude and didn't even ask us if we wanted something else. Don't waist your time coming here unless your willing to wait 45 to and hour.

Food was cold, burger thin and undercooked, lettuce, tomatoes on burger wilted. And I was they only guy in line Ate here twice, will never go back.
