Jack in the Box, Spring TX

The ladies that work there are absolutely amazing and deserve a raise. Especially the manager

As long as I have lived in Texas I thought Jack in the Box was open 24 hours. Well it's 1am and I just visited a drive thru in Spring, Tx and the young lady told me they were closed. Someone tell me something I don't know before I proceed to calling corporate during business hours.

Came in just for a cup of coffee, it was brewed fresh and the server made me feel welcomed.

Don’t know the difference between egg rolls and chicken tenders, food is nasty, food is cold, poor service.

I wanted to stop by for a quick breakfast on my way to work. I stood in that line for the longest it took forever, then once I received the sandwich the egg was thin and burnt.awful sandwich I will never stop at this jack n the box

Because they individually itemize and package what you order.there are no issues with getting an incomplete order. I wish more chains would do this.

We pulled in the drive thru only to be told over the intercom that they were closed. How is a 24/7 fast food place closed? Doesn’t make sense. Will not be coming back.

I asked the lady for taco sauce and she said she put it in the bag. 4 tacos were ordered so please tell me how the hell we are supposed to share ONE taco sauce between FOUR tacos. This is not the first issue I have had with the jack in the box. Drive through lady was also a little rude kinda like she didn’t want to be there.

Love it, every time I'm at this Jack in the box my food is freshly made and the customer service is usually close to Chick-fil-A level

Everytime my husband comes here to get our family some food something is always wrong. It sucks because this is the closest Jack in the Box to us in this area. Our fries weren’t completely cooked they were soggy, my drink was flat and my husband ended up getting sick off of the food served. I told him it just ruined dinner again we ended up having to eat sandwiches at home because of it. I will never come back to this location again. Then when I tried to call to get them to correct the food no one answered. Horrible customer service

Update: Contacting them through their website does nothing as no one ever gets back with you and their corporate number always says they're closed. This has been a nightmare and the biggest waste of $40.

I placed a mobile order for this location. When I got to the store they were closed due to the power being out. I was told to call corporate to get my money back. No big deal EXCEPT I cannot get ahold of anyone to get my money back. The store will NOT answer the phone and I cannot get through to corporate. I had to place a dispute with my card provider.

The lady inside late nights has said multiple times their computer is down and cant take orders. Pretty convenient its normally within an hour of them closing each time. People get off work late and are hungry after a 17 hr workday.

Very rude Hispanic lady. The order I picked had multiple bags and couldn’t even give me a give a plastic bag. Good luck to the ppl who were eating this meal… they were all scratching their butts and handling the food.

This location is close to where I live so it's very convenient. They have never gotten my order incorrect, food is always hot and fresh. Getting into the parking area can sometimes be tricky of you're needing to turn in from the opposite side of the street, there's usually a lot of traffic. It's located next to a Mexican restaurant and shopping strip whose drive-thru traffic can get tricky to navigate, so be careful for cars when turning in. Clean parking lot, haven't been inside so I can't comment on that. The staff has always been nice.

Got the loaded nacho tiny tacos.bruh. Yes. Service was good too. Line was long but that doesn't have anything to do with the restaurant.

Tried the sour dough patty melt. Did not enjoy it. I'll stick to my sour dough jack burger.

I just went through about an hour ago and Omg the people at this location are so rude! First of all they rush you, almost deciding for you what you will order. When you say “ no that’s not what I want, I just want the sandwich and no mayo “? , the girl said (that exasperated “eye eye eye” words in Spanish over the speaker. Omg this is so unprofessional. I get to the window and ask for secret sauce. The girl says “ok”, throws my order at me. I paid for double meat, nope. No receipt, no double, no secret sauce. I’ve seen incompetence, but this was intentional. Oh and a different lady handed me my bag and closed the window quickly.

I don't know if it was just that I wasn't real interested in any of their menu items but the food just did not taste all that great
