Jack in the Box, San Antonio TX

Employees are typically rude, food is cold, tonight at this "24hour" I got turned away because they are only accepting doordash orders? This can't be a thing @ a 24 hour drive thru?

The worst location in this city in.my opinion.my triple meat cheesy bacon burger was no burger than a Jr bacon cheeseburger, fries weren't fresh at all and they made my teriyaki bowl with lettuce and had the nerve to ask me to pull up front as if they were making my meals fresh.unacceptable

I’m a DoorDasher and have been waiting in line for an order for 15 minutes and am still not at the window. When I got here I could see the order sitting out on counter through the window and the worker kept pointing for me to wait in the massive drive thru line. Door were locked. Absolutely garbage service and it’s impacting my work as I have to forego other orders. Literally so upset right now. I’m not coming to Jack in the box for a while after this.

We went in to eat but the lobby is closed. The employee who took our order was very nice and the food was great and fast. I ordered lunch and my daughter ordered breakfast. We will be going back here again.

Even if drive-thru is empty, will tell you to park and wait for food. Looks like 1 or 2 people work there at any time, not sure how it stays open.

Egg rolls was little warm and I ask for 2 strawberry shake and when I got to the window and she told me all they had one strawberry shake I told fine but I wasn't happy about it!

This is about the only jack in the box.that really make the tacos good.get busy from time to time but it's worst it.thansk to Jerry and the evening crew love the tacos and burgers.

So bad I wanna give this place a 0 but that’s not possible so I give them a 1. Ordered through uber eats and half of my order is missing, got the wrong drink as well. To add salt to the injury, I’ve called them abt 13 times to figure something out and whenever I call, they either don’t answer or they pick up and don’t say anything and then proceed to hang up on me. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

I always enjoy coming to Jack in the Box! I wish there were more around. Sadly just like a lot of businesses they are short staffed so unfortunately the drive thru lane does take some time to get through. I truly applauded them for letting me know that they were short staffed and for thanking me for my patience. Thank you Jack in the Box employees for trying your hardest:)

Terrible never fails I'm over Jack in the box it's unhealthy greasy but once in a blue moon it's ok but the service is Terrible the hours are Terrible your paying your employee $8 hr you really can't afford to stay open 24 hrs blows my mind but it's fine tacos palenque is open 24 hrs and was delicious and more Healthy.

Used to love jack in the box. But this one always has rude staff and i never complained before. But this last time they only gave me half my food and made us wait half an hour. Just to be smerked at by some ugly little rude girl

Drive thru orders are always tricky here. Either items will be missing or food will be old. Last night's order was the latter. Fries were cold and hard. Burgers tasted as if they too had been sitting for too long. The mini tacos were fresh and great. I never have high expectations for this place so wasn't disappointed.

They give me my order wrong, and when you call to speak to someone, no body answer, never going to eat here never on my life,

I work here and everyone's nice and friendly best fast food restaurant I've worked for so far training was fast easy and helpful and I got the hang of it quick

Oh when we say it’s bad here. It’s really bad. They are so slow and always short staffed and regulars out of items in the menu. The employees are terrible and rude. I can’t believe this place is still open. So bad

We have been here sever times and it has always been a horrible experience. We tried to give it a chance but will not come again. One.they take over 20 minutes every time, 2.they always forget something, 3.the person who takes the order is so rude and wants to rush the order (I'm sure that's why they get the order wrong). 4.they are rude when you say your missing something. No thank you!

Cold food. Tried going again overnight and there’s a sign saying go to window then no ones there

Edit: might start buying put options on jack in the box stock as almost all the locations have changed for the worst. I don't understand how you have a munchie menu but close at 10 pm.

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 of the new blazin deluxe cluck chicken combos that come with bacon and onion rings in them and paid the deluxe price, got home looking forward on munchin down on what me and my son thought was a mouth watering blazin deluxe chicken burger just to find out they where just plain o chicken sandwiches with a drop of sauce and not to mentioned very stale fries, can't believe they're still in business with that many bad reviews, my son even warned me they had bad reviews

I just got off work was so ready to get home, called the house and they wanted Jack in the Box. So I ran through the drive thru and it was incredibly fast and friendly!
