Jack in the Box, San Antonio TX

First time in years that I have been to Jack-in-the-Box
We had breakfast through the drive thru. The food was better than I remember

I wonder why this location is still open. They always claim every system and machine in down and drive thru Is broken. Never have food. Also closing an hour early, it's never what I want its only what am I allowed to get at this time?

Terrible customer service and they made every car wait in line all to say as you get to the menu only online orders. A little note ad u pull up would of avoided a 30 min waste of time.

They were out of croisant sandwich, so I ordered a sausage egg and chees biscuit, truthfully I wanted to leave but I was hungry, and was trapped in the drive thru lane, because once in the drive thru there is no way out, so I spent 10 minutes waiting, To make matters worse I was given under cooked bacon, over fried, dried out egg and cheese with a day old biscuit, the biscuit was hard and crunchy, and it was cold, so cold the cheese was not melted in any way. The person at the window did not greet me, he simply told me amount. I paid and he gave me my sandwich, no thank you no get lost no apologies for not having the item I wanted on the menu and then the food I received was COLD.
I got to work decided to try to eat it but could not stomach the food so I threw away $4.50 worth of food. Total waste of time.

Manager working window this morning about 0500 12/29 couldn't have been less interested in his guests. Overall didn't want to be there. Hopefully he was just having a bad night. Food was good as usual.

The staff is always nice, my order is right, they've had a couple issues with items available. Im assuming due to covid, limited staff etc.

We went to get food today at this location.we waited in line for 40 mons and this is the food we received. This is horrible half a box of fries burgers were made like you see in the picture.

Ordered from this location and received a half filled cup of the wrong drink and missing items. The burgers are smaller than I ever remember them being and are thrown together by people who obviously hate their jobs. Quality control is a joke at this location. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Went after a 12 shift and was hugely disappointed. First I ended up waiting a out 20 minutes at the drive thru speaker before they finally talked to me (nobody ahead of me). I was told "we no longer sell those" about half of the items on their menu they still had clearly displayed on their menu board in drive thru. By the time I finally was able to figure out what they DO have to eat I had 6 more cars lined up behind me. I overheard the manager through the window say to an employee that if anyone orders anything just make an excuse as to why they don't have it. Finally got my food and it was barely warm. Fries were cold, burger was stale, drink was watered down. I'm surprised this place is even still in business based on the reviews I've seen before writing my own. Just disgraceful service

Never open when they’re supposed to be, consistently out of menu items, I get a different answer weekly on when they open everytime I show up at 6: 05am

Ordered my food thru Uber Eats @1230am for me and my boo. Munchie meal with the drink, tacos w/no sauce and halfsies. Also 2 orders of tacos w/no sauce, a chicken sandwich and some churros. I got everything EXCEPT 4 tacos and the order of tacos I did get 1 was completely burnt and they both had sauce! So upset, at this point will never order from here again! How hard is it to follow a simple order?

Most of the time I go the orders are ok at best and service is decent. One time over night tho the workers were telling people the machines were down and they were only taking cash as payment. I ordered a 6.50 munchies box and one order of tacos. One of the workers came to the window and told me the total was 10 even and took my cash walked off and put it in his pocket. Didn't even try to fake it for the cameras or me. Then the other worker came behind him gave me my order and no receipt. I already knew what was going on they were stealing from jack in the box. Only problem is they took from me too. I tried calling a manager the next day during the day time and they never answered. I tried calling for about 2/3 weeks and nobody answered. Morning, mid day, late afternoon. Why does every jack in box let the overnight crew just run wild. No REAL supervision or responsible adult. It's like that in alot of locations across San Antonio.

I had a doordash order and they didn't have it ready for 20 mins. A employee also walked in with a blunt in hand and clocked in. People on there phone and not working with 10 cars in the drive through

Don't stop here go somewhere else. The one time i went the dining room was closed. So i went through the drive thru in my bike. I was told they couldn't take my order on a bike. Was difference does it make rather i drive up in a car or bike. Then 2 weeks later the dining area was open. Never again at this location.

Waited a solid 5 min for someone to take our order and when Someone finally did he got all of our order wrong, then we waited a solid 20 min to get to the window to pay and get our food but when we pulled up the drive thru guy was on his phone and didn’t provide his service until 5 min later and then when we finally got our food it was cold and he also forgot To put half of our order in the bag.

Honestly everything one of the worst Jacks I’ve been to, I urge you pllleeeeeease DO NOT EAT HERE! Night Staff just ghetto, slow drive thru, on phones and always outside talking to homeless and smoking. Service is despicable, food even worse. Night shift needs to all be let go, managers and all.

The Spicy Chicken sandwich is good, tell them to hold the mayo if you don't like mayo, other than that it was pretty tasty.
