Jack in the Box, Houston TX

Began eating here 40 years ago and it was the go to, clean burger place. Today, the facility is old, dirty, broken down and in need of serious repair, updated kitchen. The kitchen was not clean and bathroom gross. Ended up trashing the food and going down the street.

In the mornings, this is not a great jack in the box. About average probably, maybe a little below. But at night, this is the best jack in the box I've been to. My man in the drive thru window holds it down and keeps the fries coming hot and fresh.

I live in a "Jack in the Box - Free" state. So when I see one I always get some tacos, eggrolls, and sourdough melt. And maybe a breakfast jack.and some more tacos.yum! Wish they would expand to SW MO.

This place has decent service for a jack in the box which isn't saying much. At least they restock their soda machines when they run out.

However this place is severely understaffed. The don't have a walk up cashier so one person serves drive through and walk up.

The bathroom has been out of order for a month and is now starting to smell inside the building. I literally smells like feces inside.

I asked for extra sauce on my burger and didn't get it. I don't blame the workers because again this place is clearly understaffed.

Apparently right now they don't do drive thru orders at night you have to be a uber driver to get food just go 5 mins down the road to the 24hr mcdonalds

Stopped in for breakfast. Didn't have any issues during my visit. I guess the only thing that I would have to say about this location is it seems like they might be a little under staffed. I only came in for a chocolate milkshake and yet it took 18 minutes to pay and receive my milkshake. For a fast food establishment I would say that is way to long to have to wait for an item such as a milkshake. Drive thru seemed to be a bigger priority then walk in customers. However, the milkshake was good at least, and there were no other issues with this location.

Rudest staff I've ever seen for almost 10 minutes the whole staff saw me then acted like I wasn't there and no one spoke English

The worker working that evening was extremely helpful, there was no line in the drive thru, food was hot and prepared very fast, with very friendly service! Thank you so much it was delicious!

Check your food or you will get robbed from your hard earned money. This was supposed to be medium

They completely lost my favor when they tried to force me to download an app So that I could get something to eat. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt most of the time but they cross the line at that point. They make mistakes on orders and I give them plenty of slack but then they're supposed to be 24 hours and for late night meal they will not take your order unless you download an app or order online that is forcing people to participate in their online activity even though their kitchen is open they will not serve you unless you download the app.

What's happened with the drive thru overnight? 3: 30am, I'm told I can only get food through the app or by using Door Dash. THIS IS STUPID. The app will not take an order that late at night. App says use the drive-thru. Why would anyone use door dash that is in the parking lot? If you don't have enough help or whatever, say so and let us choose to go elsewhere, quickly. This location has been one of my three go-to's for DECADES. Having to stop and get food at 3: 30am for a sibling who is homebound is frustrating when this happens. I don't want to have to be trying to find another "good JITB" while trying not to get killed in Houston at this time of morning. 8/14/2022

Place smelled of sewerage made me not so hungry once inside so had to eat in my truck.then noticed a worker go out back to a small wooden shed for supplies.made me think my food was stored in there also so I stopped eating

Love Jack n the box although been here a few times where system is down and they say they only take orders online, other times the food wasn't as warm as I would lime it to be. But its open late and when the food is done right and there is no system problems its great.

I used yo get food poisoning at this location years ago, but i gave it a chance again after seeing staff/management changes. Everything comes quicker and ive had no issues in the last few months. Probably go in three times a week now for a few different things
