Jack in the Box, Mesquite TX

They're nice af at this location but the food quality is just not great anymore. The cluck sandwich I ate last week had me throwing up within a couple of hours of eating it and it turns out I got salmonella poisoning: (disappointed because this was one of my go to fast food places

I ordered the loaded little tacos and they just threw a bunch of lettuce on regular tacos… also they were disgusting.

Always a long line especially after school and at dinner time! But staff is very friendly and food is great quality.

Ordered tacos and drinks, the drink machine wasn't working so had to have the employees fill from behind the counter. No a huge deal but, they were busy with the drive through. Tacos came out cold, and had the aftertaste of old grease. Pretty gross.

They don’t have the friendliest employees, drive thru Cash wasn’t rude, but wasn’t nice ethier. Pretty fast in and out food was hot and fresh when I arrived home!

630 on a Sunday morning stores open 24 hours cars in the Lot Lobby doors locked employees would not answer drive-through and saw one of them on the back of the edge of the kitchen through the window employees are not servicing customers acting like they're closed

Just wanted to say what a good job this store did with my Uber order. Everything was perfect and gave PLENTY of extra taco sauce, even though there was no option on the app to request. The entire order was tacos and they actually used common sense and gave plenty of taco sauce. I know people usually only review if there is a problem, but this time it’s praise. It’s very very very hard to get a food delivery these days without it being completely messed up, but this time they nailed it. Thanks JACK AND THE TEAM THAT WORKS THIS LOCATION DURING THE 7: 00-8: 30 time frame.

This is terrible because I love the food always fresh the location is perfect. But I just cannot keep coming here because the lady that works nights in the drive-through is such a crabby mean Person that it makes me not even wanna come to this restaurant anymore so if this is a franchise the owner, she was so curt with me st the speaker thst I sm willing to csn your restaurant

Food is most of the time hot but recently it tasted as if the food has been left out and hardened and just rewarmed up. Chicken was tough as cardboard, and tacos were hard as well. Other jack in the boxes usually are better so I wouldn't generalize it for every place. Might just be that day. Fries were also kinda just room temp. Still ate it all though.

They hardly ever have what's on there menu always tell you there out. But it doesn't matter what time you go there. The people inside & drive thru always rush you and interrupts you there not friendly at all. But it is kept clean

Tacos are not what they used to be. The inside are now half way filled or sometimes you can tell they're from a day before, just recooked. Sometimes cold along with the fríes. I'm just totally disappointed as a good customer I used to be.

Staff was extra nice and professional. Was driving a U-Haul and unable to use the drive thru. They unlocked the lobby and allowed us to order inside. Food was fresh and hot

Last night Feb 26 2022, my husband and I went through the drive thru. At about 11: 40 pm … we ordered 2 shakes, one strawberry one cookies and cream, well the shakes that were given to us were nothing but whipped cream and my husband shake had NO OREOS it was whipped cream filled to the top, and mine was whipped cream mixed with strawberry syrup. I always order my shakes from jack but after this experience, never again. When I tried to go back to replace my shakes, they were already closed. To my understanding that jack in the box is open 24/7. So I tried to call to speak to a manager and the phone line is ringing as busy. SAVE UR MONEY & TIME. Go to another fast food place if you’re in a rush. This isn’t the first time THIS specific Jack in the box leaves me disappointed.

Just went through the drive thru and the guy operating the sealer box was ok but when I got my order… nothing was right… I knocked on the business door and was completely ignored… went through the drive thru again and was still wrong… this one place sucks

Poor service inside had to ask someone to come take our order. They put priority on there drive through. Had to wait 3× as long inside.

The worker was nice but took long and food was not even fresh for the wait. The fries with cheese and bacon never again it literally had a speck of it tacos were barely warm the jalapeno poppers barely had cheese in them and a few didn't even have a jalapeno in it ughhh that was a waste I never go to this particular Jack In the Box on Military/Scyene off 635. Never Ever!

Lupita in the drive thru is RUDE af. Literally just left, she’s rude at the speaker and more rude at the window! Don’t greet the customer, slam the window just RUDE. Appears she hates her job! Get a new one. Too early in the morning to be this rude and unpleasant.

Worst jitb ever! The staff is beyond lazy and wouldn’t even make TACOS!? The tacos are the easiest to make & you’re telling me your staff refuses to make them if they run out & customers want to order them?

About 9: 30 ish I Went to the drive thru when I got to the order box there was no welcome to jack in the box or thank you for choosing jack in the box instead I was met with go with what u want I don’t know who was doing the ordering but they need to be retrained that was the rudest drive thru I’ve ever been to and then I waited about 15 minutes to get my food very disappointed with todays interaction
