Went in for a quick bite got exactly what I wanted hot fresh cheeseburger less than 5 minutes. Customer sercwas amazing looked like the cashier was having a hard day but he did great!

This is the worst Jack in the Box that I have ever been to. As the staff is bullying, and corrupt, I would suggest another location or restaurant to anyone thinking of coming here.

I got a breakfast item, today, and the egg had rotten green bits. They also lied to me about the soda machine, and said it wasn't working, when it was.

There are a lot of great restaurants in Austin, but this isn't one of them. Please try restaurants worth spending money on, instead.

Tonight Jordan and the other person was awesome. I thought there was only one in there but they handled everything great. Much respect and love for those two. Great experience I will be back. Thanks yall

This is one of the ABSOLUTE WORST Jacks out there. They carry 'Freestyle Coke Machines which has peach Vitamin water, but the girl I always get stuck with has a chip on her shoulder and for some reason, REFUSES to give it to me anytime I go. Claims they are out, but two hours later, after she's gone, It just shows up like magic! They don't follow how to make the burgers, and less than a mile away on Braker, the Jack there is always friendly and nice. Stay FAR AWAY from Rundburg Jack. You might regret ever going there. I know I have.

Thank you so much we just went to the Airport location and they turned us away because of to many orders. But here at the Lamar order she said she technically shouldn’t but we would love to help y’all out! Great customer service!

For the price everything needs to be bigger, bigger bread; bigger meats etc. Hash browns were like a thin slice of potato. For the price come on. The price should match the quantity we should get what you pay for.

Horrible service, waited about 20 minutes for the food and they forgot some of my order, attempted to call them to let them know that they forgot some items but they never picked up, I called almost 30 times and no one picked up, not once, save your money and go somewhere else. Will never come back here again.

Absolutely atrocious service. I gave this place three chances and every time something was wrong with the order. I used the mobile app and ordered the same thing each time to give a fair review. They left something out or didn't have something each time. They have left out 3 orders of fries across all 3 trips. This last trip they didn't have large cups so they gave medium cups but still charged for the large drinks and wouldn't refund the difference or rerun the order with medium drinks. Will be going to a different location and encourage others to do the same until something is done with training at this location. Simply slowing down, reading the order, and checking the contents of the bags can make a world of difference.

This Jack in the Box at 8630 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753 and the one at 6419 Airport Blvd, Austin, TX, 78752 are both not supportive of the Jack in the Box APP. These two franchises seem to hate having to use the APP as if it was forced on them by Jack in the Box headquarters. The customers don't feel appreciated for providing business to Jack in the Box. There are plenty of other companies that have a good APP system that works and enjoy the extra income the APP brings in. Also, this store is often closed when they should be open. You see them lounging around inside the store and all their vehicles are parked in the parking lot but they don't want to work. The hours don't match online store hours, the hours don't match APP hours. I have ordered on the APP but they say their computer system is down. I show them the APP order on my phone and they still refuse to make my order. I use to work at Jack in the Box. The computers go down at 4 AM. They milk this time at 4 AM for as long as they can when they should be cleaning. Must be nice to get paid from 4 AM-7AM and do nothing. The computers don't affect the ability to make my order if I have the APP order receipt. They have pretty much stole my money. Theft. Jack in the Box is one of the worst experiences in the food industry. The area is a very busy place to have such poor service. The food trucks are getting the business as they should. -Do not go to this Jack in the Box or any Jack in the Box. They haven't upgraded their systems to current times. Anyhow, I should stop going here and so should you. I think they will eventually go out of business here. They are a failure in the community. They made their profit. Soon, the community won't support them. This franchise should have had APPs a long time ago. What is the advantage of a franchise if they operate worse than a mom and pop shop. Go to the mom and pop shop or food truck instead. They appreciate your business. I went at 635 AM to 8630 N Lamar they were lounging around would not answer speaker at all or acknowledge me at window and went again same day at 749 AM on Sunday 07/18/2021 for order # 00902132 this time they refuse to make my order even after showing them APP order on phone. They also don't answer store phone. They just don't want to work. They were indifferent and took my money. No Food, take money, terrible customer service. Management paying employees to lounge around, priceless.

Stopped by the drive thru to pick up something quick during my lunch break and decided to order 6 egg rolls. The cashier was a young man and I get to the window, pay, and see that’s he’s fooling around childishly with a female. He then hands me my order but I didn’t check the bag because I was in a rush and get home and have the wrong order. I drove back to get it fixed and the youngster was unapologetic and rude. He gave me the 6 egg rolls but I felt very disrespected because of the facial expressions he and the young girl we’re making as they giggled when I went to claim my order was wrong. I came here to eat not get laughed at. He gave me the egg rolls with no apology and I was late to work from my lunch break.

Buger was nit fresh but the tacos were. So overall it was okay. It shouldn't matter what time i go to oder a hamburger I'd like it to be fresh since I am paying for it to be fresh.

Their quality is hot or miss. I think they have a fast employee turnover. Also they only have the drive thru.

They forgot my customers Churros in a Dashers order. I didn't appreciate that my customers are very important to me & when I went back to the location I was told they didn't have any more. The only thing they had was a chocolate overload cake & cheesecake & the customer didn't want it.
