16 I’m not always around this area but, every time I work around it, always come to this Jack in the Box location. Never had any issues and they treat me with smile, respect, and positive attitude. My Today’s order was 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 tacos, and small fries. The girl who served my order this morning was fast, and had a great attitude towards her customers. If there’s more than 5 stars, I would give her. And to all the managers want to say and advice, please take care of your good workers and keep them serving the community. It’s so hard on these days seeing positive people around.

Drive thru operator wasn't good.very bland hard to understand and very low. This is the night shift tho.maybe the day crew is way better
I came at five in the afternoon and the doors are closed they didn't want to open me and the check is open and the service is 24 hours
The lady inside said its closed but the sign outside Was on if is closed I dont Knowles why they dont turn off the open light
The inside is not open for whatever reason they made me order on foot through the drive thru
This location is a bit on the rough side of town, but the service is excellent, food is quick and good. The cashier always has a smile on her face and works with her team to make sure every order is good and correct. What more to ask for a fast food restaurant.
Best service I’ve received in a long time. The gentleman by the name of Alen the cashier was amazing. The lady in the back cooking also did a great job. These people deserve promotions and a raise for working here. I appreciate them being so helpful Godbless them thank you again.
Jack in the box is usually good but not this one. On top of the rude drive thru workers the food is absolutely horrible. My burger and fries have no taste the only taste I got from the old burger I received was the pile of mustard on the burger. Every since u ppl started wanting $15 an hr food cost went up and quality went down. You are hardly worth the $7.25 or whatever minimum wage is I can’t wait until drive thru workers and cooks are replaced by computers.
Do not even waste your time pulling up to this location. Inside closed and stranger people hanging around drive thru
You can see employees eating inside, But doors are locked, We went to Wendy's instead.
I had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant here at this location. I placed an order online on my way home from work and stopped to pick it up. Nobody would answer me at the box for the drive thru so I pulled up. The woman at the register was doing something on the screen and either didn't notice me or ignored me, which I now suspect, and kept doing whatever she was doing. After about a minute or two I knocked on the window to get her attention. She glared at me as she opened the window and I told her I was picking up a mobile order. She said she didn't have any mobile orders and didn't have my food. I asked her to verify the address of the location so I could make sure I was at the right place and she just shrugged at me. When I asked her where else my order would have gone and who took my money, she said she didn't know. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she just shrugged her shoulders again and closed the drive thru window in my face! I knocked, she walked away. I tried to go in to the lobby, it was locked. I knocked on both doors and the two employees looked at me and then went right back to what they were doing!
I tried numerous times to get in touch with the corporate office with no success. Apparently Jack in the Box doesn't care how badly their employees treat customers. I've been using this location regularly since we moved here two years ago, but I guarantee that will be the last time. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in the service industry, and she clearly needs to get a different job where she isn't helping people because that's not the kind of help ANYONE needs.
Poor service French fries are cold not in a rush to do anything kids working so don't expect friendly service to busy chatting w each other
Cashier tried up charging me without telling me that the prices are more for the different options they actually started cooking something that I didn't want when I caught them because I noted price was higher as I went to pay and saw that it was more.
Expensive place their prices are higher than anywhere else they charge people extra not a good place.
I just happened by this Jack in the Box. I was on my way to work and got detoured. I went through the drive thru. The food was typical, no issues. I hadn't been to a Jack in the Box in years. I was surprised by how small the hamburgers are and now.
Recommended to people who like this restaurant.
My word. Literally the worst treatment we've ever received and I'm not even sure where this was coming from! Pulled up to the drive-through sign, the gentlemen told us to wait, and when he was ready for our order, (we were purchasing a meal, entre, side, ice, and a dessert) the man wouldn't let us finish placing our order and ordered us to go to the window. He interrupted us for quite a few times, so impatient considering the lack of traffic there in the first place; told us the total at the window and we explained again that we weren't finished ordering, would've been nice if he confirmed to begin with if we were done, but I guess he had better things to do. Finally after a while received our orders crammed in one bag and he shut the window before we could ask for utensils, an extra bag, napkins.were forced to eat on our laps with no adequate containers to keep our food, condiments from making a mess; horrible person, never coming back.
