Jack in the Box, Dallas TX

Used the drive thru. Food is always great. I got a #3 combo from the menu. This bread is awesome

July 2,2023 I came to drive through at 8: 48pm i wanted to order the number 26 load breakfast sandwich and the girl maria (which im not sure if that her real name but that what another employee told me) she said we’re not serving breakfast because the egg is frozen and She doesn’t have time for that I asked for general manager or a supervisor number and she refused to give it usually I’m understanding person but when she said the egg is frozen and she doesn’t have time to make it that when I became upset and wanted to speak to a manager

Got the wrong drink, but it was quickly replaced with the right one. Only reason for 4 stats on service. Very forgivable.

I haven't been to this place in years. So they have the check in the box by a restaurant that I frequent but the line was really really long on this day. The Jack-in-the-Box is right across the street and it only had a few cars in the line so I figured you know it's been a minute since I stopped here so let me give them a try today. So I waited until it was my time to order. Decided what it was that I was going to get and drove to the window received it drove home which is about a minute-and-a-half from the Jack-in-the-Box and went inside and sat at the table open my bag and got my breakfast out open it up took a bite of the eggs COLD AS CAN BE. Do any of you guys that read these reviews remember in the late 80s and the 90s when people were actually dying from eating Jack in the box. This is a true fact that people were actually dying from eating Jack in the box. These people don't care about nothing but one thing and that's money they're not interested in serving you a hot meal and quality food that you can enjoy.

This Jack in the box has issues with waiting at speaker when they are doing their morning audit had me leave the drive thru so the weren't interrupted while doing this. Kinda weird actually but I just left went to another on down the way

This jack in the box is trash food looks old and they always leave items off your order and never answer the phone and they always say we ran out of food poor

Once I got home I had to return back to the store because the chicken smelled
Oder two south west salads
And other have of my Oder wasn’t there once I got back I ask to just remake my salad and it was just thrown there
soooo I said never mind. Got a refund and left. Grossed out that i just lost appetite

All the counters were dirty and so was some of the tables.more than enough staff.but they were young.cleaning could have been done

TERRIBLE.drive through service. Ive currently been waiting in line for forever my boyfriend was throwing up profusely extremely sick, and i stopped here to just order him some water to cool off it took 20 minutes for each person to move and there were 5 more cars infront of me. If i could give this place 0 star’s i would. NEVER coming back here again. Do Better!

Food is disgusting! Customer Service was horrible. They you g girl argued about giving me a full refund bringing uneatable food back and being inconvenienced. Upon returning food she should have been glad to refund my order. She wanted to argue about the drink being drunk out of. Of course I had drunk out if it because I didn’t know my food was burnt and would have to keep food until returning to establishment.

Food was Burnt and tasted disgusting!

After asking for a manager, I was told they didn’t have one. Most absurd customer service ever. It appears there was young girls working there and the health department should go and shut them down. Not adhering to Health policies and regulations.

They had a mop bucket/dirty water with a mop rolling it around the area were food was being prepared and served.

Food was good. Kept having to wait for another item so the cars behind me were honking at me.

Food made me sick to my stomach the next day. Staff was nice and fast but quality control is an issue

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped at this location on my way home on Friday April 28,23 at 8: 40 pm and went to the drive thru. I ordered the tiny tacos, small curly fry and small Hi C Punch no ice. Needless to say the fries were ice cold, so I handed them to the drive thru guy Rafael he then took the fries as if he was getting some new ones made. Mind you he was the cashier and also collecting the money. He took the fries that I given him and dumped them in the fryer to get them hot. Then he proceeded to bring them to the window without a bag or anything. However, he did not know that I was watching his every move. I told him that I saw you dump my fries back into the fryer and I want fresh ones. Rafael then tells me that is what they do if an individual want fresh fry's no sir. He asked me to give them back to him so he will get me some new ones, I said no sir I will hand them back once I get the fresh ones and he said come on I promise I will throw them in the trash this time and which I refused he instantly got an attitude. Here is the kicker he then had the woman that was on duty with him bring them to the window. I asked for the manager and she said I am the assistant manager Helen. I asked her why was he allowed to do that and she said that is what we do. My ticket number is drive thru order number 125. I have tried calling corporate all morning and no answer. I don't know what your kitchen score is but there is definitely a problem with your store.

I actually really like this place. The service the food and the people were very good. I actually have one around the corner but it's lousy so I prefer to drive to this one.

10: 20pm How are you all 24 hours but worker say y’all closed? This is the second time they claimed to be close…SMH
