Came back to update my 1 star review. This location has had a real turnaround in quality and I frequent it again. Happy things are clean and taste good again! Keep up the good work!

My delivery got cancelled didn't bother the call me or anything I was tracking my order date d it was going to get delivered but never got delivered I had to pick up

The guy in the drive though at night first all says welcome to jack, my guy its jack in the box ; then want to get mad and call the cops on the car behind us in line for correcting him on what he said

Make sure you check your orders they gave me egg rolls and set its mother bacon cheddar cheese fries

Food was cold when I got it, hair was in my food and the drive thru worker was rude. Bad customer service

I got 8 tacos and a lot of other stuff. My order wasn’t right to the slightest. People were left hungry and upset. Wish it was different

The taco shells tasted very stale. The drive thru order screen wasn't working. The only thing good about it was the side salad

They wouldn't make breakfast items or shakes. They are supposed to do breakfast all day and night.

I got the homestyle chicken sandwich and it was made fresh and good flavor to the chicken

I went through the drive thru and they screwed up my order but didn’t realize it till I was already home so I drove back to get the right food. When I got there they didn’t apologize once and then looked at me crazy when I asked if any offered any sort of compensation for me having to drive 5 miles back to get what I paid for. I wouldn’t care about them not providing compensation if they would’ve at least just been in the slightest sense apologetic.

No doubt, this J&the B is my go-to place in the late night. Ladies at the late night drive thru made sure I was helped tonight despite issues with the system after the power flickering in and out (repairs after the winter storm) Thank y’all, I appreciate your patience and the dinner

Starting to wonder if I'll even eat JITB ever again. This location like the last 4 I've been to was horrible. Horrible service, food was cold. Homeless people in the parking lot harassing customers. Can't put it just on this store, it's been all locations across the board

10 pm at dec 27. Was told by the man at the drive thru that they don’t take card 30 min till close, this was after we had ordered and waited in line. In fact, once we were at the register. A number 5 and a number 10. Called to confirm with someone potentially a manager and the man hung up on me and said that never happened. I’d like to speak with a manager about this, I waited in line and wasted my lunch break and didn’t even get food. What a waste.

Ordered some late night food on Christmas Day and this staff did such a good job on absolutely everything! I’m sure working on Christmas is not ideal, but they did such an amazing job! Thank y’all so much!

It's been a while since I've had a hot, fresh jack in the box burger AND fries. This location did not disappoint. Will definitely be returning!
