Jack in the Box, Silsbee TX

John The manager at night is never to be found always leaving an employee by themselves working the drive-through. They were seriously out of everything about a week ago including medium and large cups! I have worked in the restaurant industry and this is a staffing, inventory, lack of real management, and a corporate nightmare.

My experience at the Silsbee location was very good. The food was good but the Man that helped me did an excellent job. Very good customer service.

Food just put together any kind of way they say u eat with your eyes this just looked like my four year old made it, they can learn a lot from the BMT location on Washington and M. L King

They cant make a simple order right to save there lives the absolute worst jack in the box save yourself the trouble if you want jack in the box just go to Beaumont

Food prep without gloves is unacceptable. Went straight from cash drawer to prepping food.

9/22/2020: I tried out the breakfast platter today. The pancakes were like rubber. As if they were microwaved. The hashbrown was really greasy. The eggs were ok. The sausage was good. The bacon perfectly crispy. The young lady at the drive thru was very pleasant.

The cashier was silly. Super friendly, kind of nervous maybe, he let me use a contactless pay method. That was new. He held out a machine and I did the rest from the car. He has INCREDIBLE reflexes! Started to drop one of the sweet and sour sauces and caught it mid fall. Lol food was wonderful.

Horrible place takes way too long in drive through no good service sat here for almost 40 minutes then 20 minutes waiting for someone to respond to us and still no response will definitely be getting ahold to corporate about this

If it was up to me, this would zero stars. Went through drive thru and ordered our food, was only rung up for half of what we ordered. The sandwich we got was made wrong and the manager said he was not going to remake it and shut the window in our face and told us to get off his property. Very rude and unprofessional employees working at this establishment. We will not be back what so ever to this location.

I think they got a new crew because it has improved greatly and miss jcee (I’m not sure how to spell it) but she is awesome! I hate going through a drive thru and they are rude. She was smiling the whole time and super friendly

A lot better than past experiences. Food good and friendly service. Could be a bit cleaner in dining area.
