6Today we came to buy 3 drinks 2 sodas and one coffee the cashier only charged us and totally ignored us another person gave us the drink because i asked for it they gave me cold coffees no sugar nor cream or nothing to stir i dont know why they have those people attending if we are the reason they get paid.
Very rude customer service Kenneth talks about people on the intercom and then receives the cash with a very hostile attitude
As I approached the counter, to be waited on. Stood there for 5minutes, before I got waited on. Lady employee just keep doing what she was doing and others walking around ignoring me. Then finally the lady employee waited on me with an attitude. WOW! I didn't leave like I usually do, because my grandson wanted some Jack in the box. Afterwards I called and ask my daughter do they treat customers like that and she said yes. As an ex secret shopper they need to work on their customer service skills and/or hire people who wanna work.
Most unprofessional staff working here. Unfortunately my visit wasn’t great on 04 may 2023 it all started when I got to the window and got told a liar he said I was lying that I had order fries instead of the curly fries I said I have a dash cam that records inside he stayed quiet he said he wanted to uncharge me for them instead of giving me the combo that I asked the girl said we can’t do anything cause you already paid
Nice people but 1. Told us to wait, waited for 20 minutes when there was no one at all 2, employee flirting with another employee 3. Gave us the wrong order. Not happy at all
I had to trow my lunch away. I know we are going through difficult times, but this company has to try to train ppl better.tacos were soggy and hard to chew, my fries were soaked in oil.
