21Well this is the second time I've just been ignored for trying to come order food at this location. Waited behind another customer also trying to order that got ignored for at least 5 mins, we were the only two customers at the time. Pulled up to the window and honked my horn after a minute employee came out from hiding throwing his hands up so I left. When pulling around the same employee came running outside yelling profanities trying to start a fight. I will never come back and will let everyone I know this establishment is terrible and doesn't care about customers
That whataburger across the street was bringing in all the revenue. If you're closed advertise that you're not open. If it's a staff issue.ya know.nuff said
When we arrived at 10: 20-10: 30 PM, all lights were on and there were employees inside. We sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes, but finally pulled up to the window to see what was going on. The joint was suddenly closed. So much for the posted hours.
I don't know why I still come to this location. This location is always filthy and the food isn't good as it is in the other league City locations. My family and I went in just a week ago and none of the tables were clean, trash was sitting anywhere and everywhere, there was a big puddle of fluid over where the drink machine is, and nobody was behind the counter, NOBODY. No one was cooking, operating the drive thru, or at the front counter. My family and I stood there for about 2 minutes before 3 people walked in from the back and acted like we weren't there. Then our order was wrong and by that time we weren't hungry anymore.
**Flashback**
When I was pregnant I was craving tacos. I walked in because the drive thru line was so long. I placed my order and stood back and waited. One of the to-go bags fell onto the floor and everybody was walking all over it. I saw the shift leader pick it up and put it back on the pile. A little bit later my tacos were done and the person bagging the food picked up that bag to put my tacos in and I stopped them right there. I told them (out loud) "the bag was on the floor and was being walked all over and (pointed at the shift leader) 'he' put it back in the pile. That needs to be thrown out! "
While telling that employee everything, their face had the look of disgust and instantly went to throw it out. She apologized for that, but the shift leader didn't. He just looked at me like he did nothing wrong. That should have been the red flag to never go back. This last visit was the worst. I'll stick with the one by Walmart or at 45 and 96.
Do not order uber eats through this jack in the box. I order 4 tacos and a Jr. Bacon cheese burger. I did not receive any of my tacos and my cheese burger didn't even have cheese on it. I've tried calling several times and just keep getting a busy signal. Ridiculous.
Don't bother ordering what you want, you won't get it. I thought ordering on the app would help them but no. Cold fries as well. They just don't care. I also picked up an uber eats from them for a customer and the drink station was down. The worker said that we have to work it out. No more will I be ordering from them.
Ordered 3 egg rolls pulled up Noone in line. They were already ready. I asked are they cooked he said yes they were ready. I know they would be cold. And didn't say anything. Now I'm gone working on the road and can't go back. This place is doody.
Stood at the counter for almost four minutes, and was never waited on. The "employees" were sitting in the back talking and laughing. When a car came to the drive-thru, one of them walked to the window and saw me standing there, but did not notify anyone. Interior was also dirty-looking, with a mop bucket left by the door, and smelled funky. I went across the street to Taco Bell, and was waited on immediately.
This location has been deteriorating for months, and needs to be shuttered. Not hiring illegals would also be beneficial.
They forgot part of our order but definitely fixed it graciously when I went back to ask about it. The manager was very friendly.
Food was good this time and served on time. Just not for sure why they don't give us our receipts anymore so I can do the survey.
Every time I go by there around 10: 30pm they are closed the lights will be on but no one answers the drive tru line and the employees are usually outside smoking instead of taking care of customers today I set in line for 10mins with 2 other cars as employee sit outside and smoked cigarettes and no one answered the drive-through lane
It showed on the face of who I believe was the manager based off her atire that she was stressed and frustrated also based off her mannerisms while attending us. The food was alright except the fries were a bit over done and had a taste of old grease or sum thing. I used to love that location but hadn't been there in awhile so guess I missed the changes.
Jack in the Box can usually be a hit or miss with customer service. There are usually only about 2 people who work the night shifts (one in the window and one in the kitchen) which brings the wait times up and employee morale low. This location, however, has always been nothing but pleasant. I always stop by after work and get a munchy meal and the employees in the window are always super helpful and nice.
Not sure if they were having a hard day but overall I felt dirty inside the restaurant, floors were sticky and tables weren't cleaned properly. Restrooms are below average. Order through the drive-thru or delivery!
Just sat in line for 20 minutes and I know it is late, it is now 11: 50 after getting home. I was the LAST car in line and I was told they just served their last customer! I had to BACK out of the drive thru. I understand you are short staffed but I was LAST IN LINE!
Went to drive thru- order was all wrong- items missing.girl in lobby was so rude, when I asked for her name she answered LISA, WHY? !
Masks required and social spacing of the tables. They have One door for entry, a different door for exit as a precaution. Food was warm and tasty as expected.
Food is always fresh, and the friendly staff. I don't know the African American woman name that works in the drive thru but she always greets me very welcoming
I pulled up to the drive thru at 11: 25pm and they said they close at midnight. I said okay it’s not midnight and they had an attitude, saying again that they were closed. Ok guess you don’t want my money. Will not be back. Rude & poorly managed.
Idk if the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger is supposed to have mustard in it. But the last 3 times I've gotten this burger they keep putting mustard, I didn't even ask for it.
