Jack in the Box, Kaufman TX

The lady in the front front counter was smart aleck with me when I asked her a question about the app

It’s been so long since I had nice warm food from Jack. I’m very pleased with my food today thank you.

Got a biscuit, sausage, egg and cheese. Got hashbrowns and a coke. The best thing was a coke. The hashbrowns tasked old or it was the grease that it was cooked in. The biscuit was so soft it fell apart when you took a bite.

I give Jack In The Box 5 stars for their tacos alone. The best anywhere and reasonably priced.

If I could give this restaurant, no stars I would but unfortunately that is not an option. Majority of the management here is rude as hell, including Sonia. My food is always thrown and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation they let it be known that it is thrown in the bag in a dirty bag at that that their hands touch when opening them and they always have an attitude definitely will be calling corporate like I should have done a long time ago

Lately food has been cold. When we first started coming here food was hot Katelyn the cheese on Supreme Croissant is not even melting. Barely room temperature.

Placed a DoorDash order WELL before they closed. My dasher got there and was turned away by the staff, saying they refuse to make my order and they aren’t making anymore orders. Not only did we spend quite a bit of money on our order, but our dasher had driven all the way from former to deliver to us in Kaufman. Why take orders if you’re going to refuse to make them? !? Not a way to handle a place of business!

Jack in the box is good. Love the Monster taco's! In my drinking days I'd leave the bar go to jack in the box and pig out. Also love, french fries, an so much more. Yum, guess where we're having lunch today

I'm sorry for the comments, but really bad service, my soda was served in and out my food in really bad presentation. This is the first time that I get treated this way but enough for decided not to come back again. But anyway God bless this person that make my day!

Food is good for fast food. The breakfast jacks are very tasty. Only complaint is hash browns and tacos are greasy. Fast service and friendly help. Some foods on the menu are a bit expensive but mostly you get a good deal. They have a wide array of food.

Today, as well as my last 4 visits, have all yielded completely wrong orders.that is 5 trips.the 1st 3 times it happened, i had them straighten it out.trip #4 & today, i decided to not bother anymore, & i think i am done with jack in the crack, Kaufman.

The employees were very rude to me. I was given old fries & asked for hot fries, the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me & told someone else. Another girl then came to the window & I asked for hot or even warm fries & she said they didn't have any so I asked for a manager, she said there wasn't one there. I asked her for her name & she said "I don't know" & then shut the window on me & walked away.

Gotta Love Jack in the Box! A long standing Texas Tradition! Fast and friendly service. Drive line pretty long but goes by fast.

This was my favorite location.but the teenagers working there are ruining it! Slow service orders are always wrong tacos have been soggy my past two trips up there if you pay for a double you get a single burger man the list goes on and on the kids are to busy flirtying and playing around rather than doing their job

I always go to Jack in the Box for two things - their chicken ranch club sandwich (I believe that's the name? It escapes me for now) and their egg rolls. Everyone I know says their egg rolls are better than any asian takeout place, and I have to say I agree! Especially in their ranch. As a ranch fanatic, Jack in the Box ranch is 10/10. And their chicken sandwich is hearty, filling, and delicious. The one downer for me will always be the fries, however. Curly or French, the fries always disappoint, unfortunately. Maybe one day I'll come around to them.
