Jack in the Box, Dallas TX

There were a lot of shady people outside in the back. Normally, if you don't bother them, they won't bother you. However, we ordered and ate inside. The food was very fresh and good. The staff was very friendly to us. Just remember the neighborhood when parking. I had my family and it was still light.

In service and atmosphere I would not have given a star
The truth is that the staff treat you super horrible
They talk to you badly they make faces in your own face as if it bothered them that you were going to consume
Then there are those who do not understand Spanish and with the little face of Mexicans who take on poor things, the vdd makes others feel sorry
The place is very clean but so that if they don't want to have clients and the few that arrive treat them badly

I will never return nor recommend it there are better things

The bathrooms smell awful. Makes the entire back of the restaurant smell like sewer gas. More than likely a dried up P trap in the floor drain. It's been that way for a while. Disgusting smell.

Gave a cold molten cake. If it's molten, warm it up so the chocolate melts. Otherwise, it isn't molten.

A word for the people by the people, just dont go to this location. Every time i have been there they manage screw up my order. It either the wrong meal, missing stuff, or paying for a large fry and getting a medium. The employees that are there today at 1: 34pm are extremely rude about fixing their mistake. Also nothing is ever fresh they have handfuls of tacos that just sit out not even in some sort of warmer they are serving people. This place needs to do some house cleaning with their staff and management. This place really defines the term "jack in the crack"

The food sucks bc the ppl preparing it are slow and lazy. Not so clean it stinks.only one black girl working who should be promoted bc it didn't take her ten minutes to greet And take order. She did immediately. I told you once girl I'ma tell you again.you are an asset to them.your overqualified to be there. Thank God you are

This is my go to place for when I'm in a rush at lunch. They always get my order right, and their cashiers are always friendly. I think the only bad thing I've ever seen here was a homeless man doing inappropriate things on the back. They asked him to leave as soon as they noticed it.

I stopped in this Jack in the box today and ordered a hamburger I tell you what it tasted better than hamburgers at sit down restaurants that charge three times as much. It was just good, the meat was good and seasoned, the onions and tomatoes were crispy and I was impressed.

Good food great service and friendly staff will eat there again next time my family and I go to the Scottish rites children hospital

This location has a problem to me with sped and quality. Have to always insist on making order fresh please stress fresh. Never fails

I went last year for caldo and they didn't have any
So we decided to give it another try but of course again no soup and it was cold that day
I'm sorry but then I ordered a guiso de res and they brought me big pieces of beef and some salsa over it plus it was cold. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE. WON'T GO BACK.

Experience, first of all the speaker receiver, cannot understand a word the worker replied what did you want totally against the integrity and professionalism of a fast food chain! Given toDay sep 22nd at 6: 30p the store doors was locked all entrance. Staff and DM really needs coaching. I’m for sure this is not J Box mission statement

This place was horrible
Food cold and tacos where hard.
The service was awful.
Employees so rude, on the phone, I had to call them 5 times because they wouldn't listen and she even took my order while typing on her phone.
