16 Food better m, customer service a lot better and those young folks was patient and doing an awesome job, which I shared with them.
My only concern was that long 10-15 drive through line. Gee and people who dine in had to wait for us to move up so they can back out. Hope their food didn’t get cold while waiting to get out.
I like the friend workers they have. But the food can be otherwise, my tacos when I got home they was cold and I took 5 min drive to get home. And when I ordered the Pineapple Express. Not only was over price. But they give you in a small cup. Witch my opinion is not worth my money. Not worth 5.99$ and to top all that off they put ice in my drink.at this point I want my money back. It wold be common sense. To not add ice on a small cup. I just feel robbed.
This is now one of my favorite jack-in-the-boxes. The service is always great and they're always open. Something. I can't say about a lot of the jack-in-the-boxes that claim to be 24 hours.
This is my fourth time ordering form this location I'm not sure but they never bring my food. I will never order from this location.
This location always has a ridiculous drive thru wait time, which doesn't make sense that when you get your food, some of it is cold. Staff is RUDE and late night management is RUDE as well. WILL NOT RETURN!

He Had a great attitude that stood out to me, very friendly and polite!
Expect your order to be 75% correct. They staff is friendly but don't get orders correct most of the time.
Great service at drive thru Jonathan is an amazing employee! I think he deserves a raise! He's fast and very outgoing I've already went three times and he has been attending me those three times and he's very kind unlike other times I've went the employees are so rude, he always advertising and I always buy he convinces me he's an outstanding great employee keep up the great work!
Octavious he needs a raise and is the best at what he does amazing customer service skills and has potential for a manager
Savannah is amazing! Love her! The rest of them don’t care. I have a dairy allergy and the employee insisted that I was wrong about an item having both cheeses and assured me it wouldn’t have and sure enough it did. Still love the food though
Very rude in the drive-through were not educated on meals if they sold just said, I don’t know anything about that. It was ridiculous.
The girl at the window taking payment and order on April 6 at 8 o’clock was very rude. Then when she brings out my order has me my food quickly walks away doesn’t even have my food properly in my hand as she starts walking away before she could hand it to me, my food almost fell, then she still forgot part of my order, please hire people who want to work and not people who are miserable. This girl had an attitude the whole time rolling her eyes and making faces.
Magement needs to spend the money on pay, benefits, training that will allow the store to be fully staffed and competently run at peak times.
Only went into the restaurant because the app wouldn't let me hit 'pay' to finish my order, and the drive-through had a line.
Went into the restaurant at 7: 05 PM on a Friday.
Only 1 pesron was taking orders.
My order was in at 7: 10. By 7: 20 I saw that 4 other people who had arrived before me were waiting for their orders.
I asked the cashier for an ETA or for an update on how far down my order was in the list, and she just told me that my order wasn't finished yet. At 7: 26 only 1 other customer inside the store had received their food, and I concluded there was no way the food would be out in time for me to get home and log in to an 8 PM meeting, even though I only live 10 minutes away. I would have got a refund from the front desk, but there had not been anyone there to talk to for at least 5 minutes, so I left without the food I paid for, and we at tv dinners that night.
Waiting 16 minute for food would not have been a big deal if there had been any indication that the food was coming shortly.
At this point I'm not sure if they don't know how to correctly make an order or if they just don't care. EVERYTIME I come my order is wrong and I have to come back. I asked for a burger with all the veggies and leave with a cold jalapeño burger etc etc.
Food was as expected.location is near a school, so depending on the time you might be wading through a tide of teens to reach the counter.
The service was above average for fast food, and I commend the patience of staff in dealing with the above mentioned teen-tide.
