Terrible customer service. Leaves customers standing at the counter while walking by them and looking at them, but not offering to help.

Good service but I don’t know since covid food got nasty. I forget and come back just to take a bite and have to throw away. People are good but I don’t know about franchise

It takes me a while to write a poor review… it really does. I’ve given this location many chances and have always given the benefit of the doubt. Telling myself.people are overwhelmed… understaffed… or having a bad day and to try to be understanding, but at some point and clearly after all of the bad reviews these last 3 months you guys have received… there is a problem and management needs to fix it.

Same as some of the customers before me… plenty of times I’ve gotten food and they don’t get it right or forget to add something.

When you ask for something. I’ve gotten the annoyed face and eye rolls.

Management needs to take a serious look at this location and change some things around. Like I said… I’ve been plenty of times and tried to give them a chance but every time it’s something. Either they get the order wrong, or they have an attitude when you politely ask for something for example ranch etc.

Tonight I ordered the munchie box and one of the things they advertise is the different sauces you can dip your food in. Well I get home and open the box and there is no kind of dipping sauces… nothing.

It would have been nice to know if they were simply out so I could see if I wanted to order something else or stop by to get some dipping sauces somewhere. It’s common courtesy to your clients…. But not being notified then realizing there’s no dipping sauces in the box was my last straw. Get it together guys…

If you don’t like what you do… find a job that motivates you to be great for that company and for its customers. Be courteous to people for crying out loud.

For management… if your employees are burnt out or not qualified please take a second look.

For someone who has always loved Jack in the box… it’s disappointing to see this. I will always love Jack in the box but I just might have to drive further out to another location.

Went last Thursday at 5: 45am they said there not selling any food that their system down.went again today they said the same thing that system is down and not working the two ladies in the back just laughing the whole time.

Went to the drive through and they gave me the wrong order… my burger meat was hurt and dry. They also had a terrible speaker to order. I should have waited in line for Whataburger…

I just left here I ordered something at the drive thru and I give him my card, and he says I can’t accept a card and then try to lie and justify it by saying I told on the microphone I don’t take a card he’s a liar and if that’s was what he said why did he take my card Beyond sitting in the drive thru to receive this bad customer service.

Horrible. Wrong order charged Wrong. Threw food away and went to chik filet down the street

Every. Single. Drive. Thru. Order. Is. Wrong. Ordered on the app, selected prep food, and Still had to wait. Spent $25 for three people and they didn't include the hashbrowns and half the bacon was missing. They will not answer the phone for fear of complaints.

This is not 24 hours.
When I was there, there was NOBODY!
My online order already charged, I waited about 30minutes.
It was Terrible Terrible experience.

Waited in line for a while, not sure how many minutes but only two cars were ahead of me. The chicken was hot and crispy! The fries were cold, very disappointing!

They will never see me there again.it's my promise. They don't use gloves to make food. I saw how the potatoes fell silent and I picked it up and gave it to someone from true driver. All the dirty tables and forever to take the order and he doesn't care that people wait.

My Uber eats driver literally said you guys were not responding that he was there and you looked closed. Take your store offline if you aren’t open common sense I want my money back. I’m not going to your location again.

Not open 24 hours. Various times after 2am this location closes for cleaning, daily computer updates, or is cash only. This isn't the only location nearby that consistently does this.
