Jack in the Box, Cedar Hill TX

I went in order something and the clerk was speaking in Spanish to a man, they talked and he walked out the door. The clerk turned around and went back behind a wall. I Never received Any Service, so I Left. I Won't Be Back!

The food at this location is mediocre. The customer service is terrible. Sometimes it may not be as bad, but it depends on who's working that day.

So I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal with eggrolls and a drink
This is wht I got seriously yall need to re-evaluate who y’all let in the fuxkin kitchen

Jack in the box is okay, I'm not much on fast food but I do like the sourdough burger, so it's worth the visit for me just to get that burger.

If i can give zero stars i would called this place 10 times still no answer. I ordered mini tacos with no sauce on them and guess what i got today! Crazy i can order in the morning and they can get my order right!

Rude is all I can say………. They need to close this jack in the box. Idk why every time I have tried to go to this jack it’s just worse every time. The worst customer service. Don’t even go

Service was good. Actually got food that late at night. They actually had more than one person working unlike the jack in the box in midlothian. They want to close at 10 o'clock at night on the weekends.

The main issue I have with this location is the amount of time it takes to get you food through the drive-thru window. They take a very long time to process someone's order.

My husband and I visited the one in Cedar Hill TX and it was never a great experience. Food was not fresh, thrown together and not hot. I had the fish sandwich meal, can't remember what my husband had but he was good with his order. I don't eat land animals so it was great to see fish on the menu. That was my only time eating there and I want be back, my husband has returned and his food was not to his liking the second time.

Restaurant Appeared to be clean & nice, drive through moved quickly, and my food was hot & fresh no complaints from me. Thank You!

I come to this one since it's the closest to where I live, but I'm done. My order was wrong (as is often the case here). It was printed correctly on the receipt, but people just make what they want I suppose. I took it back and asked them to correct it. They asked if they could just give me a refund because they had a lot of orders.

I visit this location atleast 3 times a week, service is always horrible and my order is almost always never correct. In the event my order is correct it's cold after I've waited for forever to get it. I'm over it!

I spent almost 2 hours waiting for an Uber Eats order that was never going to come because they were closed the whole time. Now it is too late to order anything else. Update your hours.

It's what you would expect from a fast food place, mediocre service for mediocre food though the staff are usually nice and friendly. Though sometimes there is long lines and long waits.

Very rude employee named Veronica. Employee made mistake non my order, and when I arrived at the window, he insisted on charging me extra for my order and would not accommodate me even though the employee made the mistake!

Got my order wrong the food tasted disgusting and was cold. The fries where stale. Worst jack in the box ever. Would not recommend this place to no one.

Restaurant is clean restroom was clean and sanitized, restaurant attendants for sat and sun. Were very polite and greeted me with smiles. I will return everytime i pass thru Cedar Hill. Thank you Jack in the box

I was starving, because I had a light breakfast. I've been craving those 2 for $1.00 Jack in a box tacos, so I grabbed some along with some curly fries. Definitely worth the extra calories. I was not disappointed. Very crunchy, hot, and taste just how I remember them The service here was great?
