Jack in the Box, Fort Worth TX

I waited over 50 minutes in the drive-through and ended up leaving without any service. Their drive-through was down and they didn't want to place a notice. The workers simply waited there on their phones, watching cars line up. I even watched one walk out, look at all of the cars, and walk right back in.

Strongly recommend the nearby In-n-Out, much faster and friendlier service despite the longer line.

After I ordered and pulled up to the drive-thru window, I waited 10 minutes just to get a already prepared salad and there wasn't a long line either.

Leaving a one star review not because of the food but simply due to the fact that i was denied entry to use the restroom due to them being understaffed. I dont know what correlation that had to do with me wanting to use the restroom and i tried to reason with the lady at the door in the most understanding way possible but she continued making bs excuses

The Food is always hot and fresh! The people here are so happy and they have excellent customer service.

They were fast and friendly and I was in a d out in no time at all of my order was just the way I wanted it without any mistakes.

Got breakfast today, was rushing and on the road. Always great quick food. Peace was clean and service was great.

I always enjoy coming to the jack in the box since its literally down the street from my house. I love using the app so that way I can just pick up the food. The staff are always friendly & make sure that my order is correct. I love the tacos & egg rolls

If you have to be somewhere, definitely not the fastest fast food restaurant you want to stop at! Waited on my order almost 15min

It was okay the only thing i am concerned about was when i went to get my food at the drive thru on my taco they didn't put no lettuce

They are quick and efficient and always serve fresh fries! Never a bad attitude and always smiles.

Do not ever go at night time when there is not a manager here the food was horrible the bih word told me she not the cook so there is nothing she can do about my food being cold like lady u handed it to me

Under the new manager this location rocks! She has it all under control and ensures the consistency of the orders. If a mistake is made she gladly fixes it with a friendly demeanor! Always a pleasant experience at this location and exactly how fast food establishments should be. Normally drive through service at fast food restaurants is terrible but this location at hulen mall is always consistent with super friendly employees!

This late-night/overnight crew just dropped our box of food on the floor. Wouldn't be a big deal but then they tried to reuse the box and give us the food. They refused to give us our money back. What would make this little girl think I want them to remake our food?

Just left the drive thru. All was fine minus my cold stale fries and chicken sandwhich with a quarter sized amount of sauce on what was supposed to be a Spicy Cluck. This made it dry and unpalatable, especially as the chicken was like warm
It’s very disappointing to order something with an expectation and not receive it.

This place is never “open for business”. I mean that literally and figuratively. I had to go to the restaurant location on McCart & Altamesa! They have wayyyyy better service not to mention they comply with the signage and are actually open! This location (Hulen Mall) closes when they feel like it and the service is consistently horrible. The signs say close at 2am, the internet says close at10pm, and the staff closes when they feel like it. How hard is it to add a disclaimer stating, “ possible early closure due to short staff” (You have my permission to PLAGIARIZE/ copy & paste if an employee doesn’t feel like typing it). They carry on as if YOU should be happy they’re ALLOWING you to be a customer vs.them being happy YOU are CHOOSING to be their customer. Maybe it’s bad management… Idk.

Update: I returned after 6: 30am (3 employees, no line, closed lobby) to the Hulen mall location. I requested 4 fresh tacos. Her response, it’s always fresh (hot to allow time for commute). Unfortunately, mine were not. Not heat what so ever on the wrapping and/or the contents. She felt it, and responded it was hot to her but she’d remake the order. I asked that they cook it longer thinking maybe the oil wasn’t hot considering they’d just opened. She couldn’t have remade the order because the 2nd order was not hot. This happened in the past with an egg roll (outside hot, inside cold).
Me: I said I understand we’re different.but I’d like a refund. I will just go to a different location.
Her: what do you mean different?
Me: Different as in you think it’s hot vs. I think it’s cold.

Like, did she really just go there with me? How does cold food make you question my integrity as a human! I won’t be going back. I’m honestly not sure how the rating is above a 2.
Once again, I went to the McCart and Altamesa location…. They saved a customer. How is this the same company?

They tend to close way earlier than what is stated on the website I don’t know what time they close but it needs to be updated because every time we come here before the designated time does is in the website they’re never open or there

I work overnights and it says that the Jack in The box is open till 2: 00. I go there at my lunch at 12: 50.1: 00 closed nearly every time and there's not many places open to eat at that time so it's really a bummer
