Still horrible ordered from this location and all the chicken tastes like old grease. Fries barely filled up gave the wrong soda.order 3 orders of tacos and got not one of them. Food cost too much money they uping they prices like everyone else but downgrading the quality smh. Don't waste your time.

Horrible location buns always cold and food never hot. Long wait so you would think your food is fresh but nah it's not smh gave them chance after chance will not go back. Paying up the a** for bad quality. Smh

This location takes so long. Gone numerous times expecting the timing to be better but it's always so long. Went for a single person order multiple times, takes at minimum 15-20 minutes and that's with only 1-2 vehicles in front of you in drive thru. Definitely needs to speed things up. Not fast food at this location

Once upon a time Jack in the Box was exciting, fun to go to, now they are a run of the meal fast food place. They kind of lost their appeal. The burger tasted great although a bit smaller, no suprise there. The curly fries weren't good, excessively greasy and why season them if you can't taste the seasoning. I am more reluctant to cook my own burgers. Maybe these big national chains will get the hint.

I have gone a few times since my first review, which was very negative. It has gotten significantly better, the food is on par with any other Jack in the box. The service is pleasant. The last few times we've gone they've had coffee in the morning.

If I could give them a zero I absolutely would. Service should not be so horrible at 2am. Had me wait for 10min before they took my order, and there was absolutely no one there but me. Then wait an additional 20min for my order. Get home and it's completely wrong! Ordered the new double bacon sourdough jack add jalapenos, and didn't get nothing close to it. Ordered tacos that were not in the bag, and jumbo jack with cheese no mayo. Guess what had mayo!? ! And there was absolutely no one in the drive thru line, but me! And they won't answer their phone. Horrible service!

There was two cars in front of me and it took 25 mins to get my food. And to top it off, my order was wrong. I read recent bad reviews but was hoping they were just exaggerating about their experience. I guess they weren't. Why is a good JIB hard to come by these days? Smh.

Will never go back to this jack in box. Order a burger told them how I wanted it asked, them to add onions on my burger they didn’t add them, then when I get my food asked why not onions they said they had to charge me after I already asked for them because the burger was already made! Then they didn’t even give me my receipt I will never go back to this establishment AGAIN! Wouldn’t recommend this jack in the box to one!

Very good service & food is always good. One of my favorite locations to go to. The employees are also very nice. I made a mistake with my order and right away i knew it was my fault and normally some restaurants will be rude about it but they handle the situation very well and the manager was very nice about it which is very rare. Want to say sorry one more time and thank you for being so kind. It really made my day.

This place is really slow they really need to hire more people.outside takes for ever and inside.day or night is the same.is ridículos my 30min.lunch really stays wayting to order.my fries are usually hard too and they dont even fill them all the way soo i have to always get large cause it seems like a médium.

They didn't have alot of the desired menu options they were out of everything I wanted to eat that day and a prior visit as well great customer service just no food

Positively Friendly service. 5 stars to you! Notably the food was also on point. My Jumbo Jack was masterfully made with very fresh tasting ingredients as well as my orders of tacos that were perfectly crispy. Thank you night crew.

Best Jack in the Box I've been to and I grew up on it. Service was excellent as well.

The food was fresh and fast and tasted great like it should be, all the staff was nice also, front counter clerk should smile and be more friendly though.

Took like an hour to get my food cause they erase something and they didn't ask me what it was by the time they figured it out my fries were cold my cheese ticks were cold and I got 2 orders of 3 instead of 4

That lil they got tonight was rude an gave me a plain burger missing whole bun an bacon an not cook good raw meat

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would.
The customer service was the worst you could ever possibly imagine. The “supervisor” was the rudest girl I’ve ever come across in my life. We asked her a simple question and she couldn’t ever give a straight up answer and then started catching an attitude with us. Started telling us we were b*tches, h*es, and sl*ts and then sent her army of underage workers to come look out and protect her while sitting there telling us “I already told you b*tch the systems are back up” who in their right mind at the point would want to give up their card information after being disrespected so much into not even wanting to order.

Drive thru was forever long n service was ok i wish they give u complete order instead of having to drive foward n back

Do not go here at all this place should be shut down. Burgers are dryer then a old lady. There was no veggies for burgers. I have a nasty taste in my mouth from eating this food. I really hate the south side. Lady was mad at the window. If you can avoid eating here do it. I will never eat here again.

Thought this place was doing better, then I received my order mostly raw. You have one job, guys. After researching this place, all evidence points to someone purchasing 5-star reviews that are not actually representative of this location. Take a look at the reviews for yourselves and look at all the 5Star reviewers previously posted reviews of other fast-food places.all 5stars. Yeah nothing suspicious there. The owner simply doesn't care to take responsibility or change what's happening and would rather pay for reviews than make the store operate correctly.
