Finally someone knows what fresh tacos are. I tell folks that and they'll give a few olds ones mixed in with the fresh ones like I want notice.

This place is always very understaffed, and the food and soft drinks are nasty. I ordered a build your own munchie meal and got the chicken sandwich. It was so hard that it felt like a brick. The drink I got tasted like pure carbonated water. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere that cares about the quality of the food they're putting out.

On a Friday night at 9: 45 I waited in line to order a milkshake only to be told it was not available because they had already cleaned up the machine. I had to continue to wait in line until everyone in front of me got their food since there is no way to go around. Don’t understand how a place open until 2am can stop serving milkshakes over 4 hrs prior to closing. Once you are in line you are locked in. It’s DQ from now on.

The mini tacos are great!

Don't call this fast food.waited in line for 30 minutes +. Food wasn't warm.my last visit for several months until management reacts

This one from the food and the service the potatoes are super hard and they give me the drink all liquidating soda, they should close it they always give everything cold.
I would never recommend it, preferable to stay hungry.
Pay to get to throw them away
Why does one come tired to return to waste time.

We stayed in the drive thru line about 35 minutes. The lady took out money, and then a guy came to the window to ask for money again. After sitting at the window for more than 5 min, the fries were cold, so they had to re-cook them.

Waste of money, ordered a breakfast sandwich cheese not melted one bit and cold. Horrid after taste after consumption! Yuck.

Just I'm return the bag because has a lot grase just for change the bag and the cashier on window was but the manager change and solve the problem.

The foods fine but they really take the fast out of fast food. I spend at least 20 minutes in line everytime.

Forgot my "ketchup" twice. Woman on the mic kept interrupting me and asked me to "remind her at the window. " A different woman at the window - yes, not there interrupting forgetful one - acted like I was the biggest creep on the planet. Couldn't wait to shut the window. Walked back in to get my ketchup. Got the rest of the order right. So. Two stars on the food. Not a good night.

Sorry if you're jealous of the woman who ACED it last review I made. She was cool and professional. You young ladies on night shift weren't. The manager was cool. He seemed like he knew.

I was surprised at the line was so long last night as I was waiting to pick up a food delivery for Uber I about fell asleep in the line.

So it's literally impossible to get a phone number to call Jack the box customer service. I placed an order in the app redeeming my points for a sourdough jack and purchased egg rolls. I was sitting at the one in waxahachie. I hit submit and immediately saw that the location was in Lewisville and wrong AND AN HOUR AWAY! There was no where in the app to cancel the order so I could place the right location. So I go inside to speak to a manager. The girl that helped me said they didn't have a phone number to call. I was like so what do y'all do when stuff like this comes up. She said nothing they can do about it. I tried multiple times to contact the Lewisville location but I kept getting a busy signal. So I left there with no food or my money back. I been broke so I didn't eat last night cause it was all I had. SCREW them!

I ordered a supreme croissant and they forgot the egg. My son ordered a double burger adding cheese and yep, you guessed it, no cheese.

02/09/23 Arrived at drive through window and crickets? No one greeting etc but in line since 3 cars ahead and one car behind. So pulled up Jack App registered, ordered and paid through the app and still nothing. I finally pulled up and then I could hear the lady respond to car behind me. First thing first greet your customer. You should never have a customer waiting that long that is simply rude. Then look at customer crazy when i get to window. Supreme Croissant was perfect besides the egg shell and the 2 tacos were okay. A manager couldn't possibly be on site because this absolute fail. I wanted to get rude and upset what would be point. More training is needed. Do Better
