12I don't know if the kitchen lady on the morning shift is always hungry or if they are paying her bonuses to save supplies, because she doesn't put the correct amount of tacos or nuggets or jalapeños or maybe she doesn't know how to count correctly
Food fresh, hot, drive thru was fast. Courteous employee at window and very professional at ordering food.
I just left here and the manager and cashier on site were amazing. They were super helpful and friendly! Great customer service! The lobby was small but very clean. The bathrooms were locked but if you ask, they'll unlock it for you. The women's toilet needed some maintenence after it wouldn't flush after like 15 times. They should probably get that looked into. But overall, the employees and service was great!
They asked me to pull up front to wait for my food. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. The food was horrible. I had to wait here by the bus stop by all these bomb sleeping out there begging for money absolutely horrible and I was the only one in mind that should tell me something.
Very badly. They stole about 7 dollars from me, they just started talking and they didn't even say anything.
Food has no flavor and the service is too slow I ordered a kids combo and they gave it to me like 15 mins later
This is the fastest jack in the box ever! I've been to many and they take for ever! I mean I understand why as the line is around the corner and I usually be missing a couple of items. But again for once this was empty and on a Friday crazy! So no car line and food came out so fast that it baffled my family. I'll be driving extra miles to get to this location for fast and correct service.
I waited 1 hour for 4 tacos and my food was not fresh. I will not be ordering from here again.
The management is racist. This location needs to be shut down. No customers barely be there, employees ride the clock with nothing to do. The manager runs the customers out of the restaurant. Horrible location. They are the worst Jack in the box in Houston. Owner does not respond only a automated response, heyjackinbox is a piece of trash! No response, it’s best to not go there all together. I wouldn’t even waste my time or money with jack in box. McDonald’s treat you wayyyy better or chick Fila. Jack in the box may go out of business because McDonald’s lines stay full. Every McDonald’s location I’ve encountered always stay busy with many customers! As for the Spanish lady manager your horrible, worried about making sure your green card don’t expire before you worry about someone else. This Jack in the box Keep the doors locked, the neighborhood is a fool to continue to give money to people who don’t respect you enough to let you in to buy food wow lol. When they do open the doors they kick the customers out sad lol.
The service there is so slow. It's not fast food if you have to always wait to give your order and end up at the front door waiting for your order. This place needs to speed it up, and not just sevice one car at a time. While a customer pays they should also be taking the next order at the menu speaker. It's not a new thing to do. All fast food restaurants do it. People go through fast food for a reason. Some people have a schedule to keep, and shouldn't have to wait on account of someone who can't multi-task. Please hire enough faster and experienced employees who want to work, and make a difference at the window. This will make your JITB look less lazy.
