7Second time here lady on drive tru got my order wrong first and Second time and she still gave me an attitude when I told her
The food was good and Service was friendly, but I spent 30 minutes in line behind another car and then another 15 minutes once I got to the window
I got a breakfast burrito and hash Browns. And they were all so greasy. My husband got Tacos, they were so greasy too.
The current guy running the drive Thru needs a new role. Too busy dealing with personal things rather than attend to customers. Twice really same experience. Pay attention and do your job and they're always out of shakes.

Edit: I'm updating my review, because the management is improving. They've been doing a lot better recently and I haven't had many negative experiences. I usually go inside, so I'm not sure about the drive through line. The interior is clean and the people are helpful.
This location also seems faster than the average Jack in the Box. In my experience, many JitB locations are super slow.
Usually good, and not much of a line. But it seems like there are good teams and bad teams and if you get the good one it's as smooth as possible. If you get a bad one your order might be wrong and the line will take longer.
Still, I've been to worse Jack in the Boxes and this one is really not that bad.
Server, Aliyah, was very respectful, kind, and had a smile on her face while serving me. The food was amazing as well!
