Jack in the Box, Royse City TX

Seems every time I go to this location the food is cold straight out the window. Very friendly staff

Everything was pretty good, except that all our food smaller and tasted burnt as if they haven’t changed the oil, our food has burnt flakes on it also, if it wasn’t for the food the experience would have have been great

For the most part this is a great place to visit for a quick snack or something tasty! Although sometimes thay are Not very quick and/or grumpy while composing orders at the drive through speaker, So a little patience is required on some occasions.
Overall thoughts: Great place to eat! I am a regular:)

Food was terrible. Inedible, in fact. Total waste of $ but the service was quick and they were polite.

They take forever! Wait lines are about 20 minutes. It’s ridiculous! They need more workers!

Bring back your boxes for the burgers. Now that you wrap them, I get a smashed burger everytime. Soft burgers go in the bottom of the bag and then everything else gets piled on top of them. Ultimate cheeseburger not so ultimate when its flattened. Other locations seem to still carry the boxes so I am not sure if they are being discontinued or if this location just does their own thing. It's been months so I d8bt think it was a one time thing.

We waited at least 10 minutes in the drive thru line just to order, then waited at least 5-10 minutes more to pay. We finally got our food and drove off. Every item we ordered was either cold or barely warm. Terrible to wait that long and get cold food!

This is one of my favorite places for breakfast burritos. This was my first visit to this location. I was disappointed my burrito was cold inside and the young lady refused to give me the salsa that Jack in the Box serves. Yet she was professionally and well mannered.

Went twice this week and both times I’m missing items when I get home or just completely wrong items in the bag.

Not much better this time. The food was cold and my son's bun was burnt. Getting the food replaced was like swimming against the tide.

Friendly morning crew. I'll choose this place over other local fast food morning stops because the morning new is efficient and NICE!

Tell me why I asked for curly fries and they just put some on top so I wouldn’t see the regular fries until I poured it out? I’m not happy at all. Come on jack in the box, get it together man.

I tried to order the special, 2 breakfast biscuit sandwiches for $5. The sign was up and advertising it. I order it, then they tell me that I cant order that. I asked if they had breakfast and she said yes. So false advertising. She took the sign down right AFTER I captured the picture

Went through drive through. Employees were happy. My order was correct. Food was good and fresh. Can't ask for any more than that. It's a rarity these days to find a place that is as well run as they are.

First time having tacos. They were great. A little hard to digest but I was ready for that. My son also loves the cookies and cream milkshake.
