Jack in the Box, Fort Worth TX

We literally just left this place. I'll NEVER EVER go back to this location again. We ordered 3 meals and were told by a trans man that. We could only have one buttermilk total. We literally had 3 meals and would be charged for additionals. We literally spent 30 bucks there. Never again! Shut this place down. I was cool and calm considering we were waiting for our food for about 15 to 20 mins at the window. And that it didn't look like they knew what they were doing inside. The least they could have done was give the customers what they need to solidify their meals smh. STAY AWAY. Because they cherish buttermilk like its gold here

It was simple late night dinner for 2 people. Ordered a burger, 3 large curly fries & coke. Fries were just warm, NOT hot, coke tasted like tonic water, like it was just sitting there for a while & all the ice melted in it, watery taste. My tummy was hurting later on.

If I could give negative stars I would. Poor attitudes and always missing items I paid for. The staff have no management to resolve issues.

I appreciate good service, even if it means I have to wait longer to get my food. The young gentleman ran through my order again before having me hand my card. He then apologized for the wait. We were able to exchange smiles and have a small convo during.

Don’t ever come here I’ve been waiting in drive thru 15 min line isn’t moving like all I order was 2 things.this is ridiculous

This drive through is the worst drive through you can go to in Fort Worth. I don’t why I do it to myself and keep going back here. There hasn’t been a time when I’ve gone here that I haven’t waited at least 15 minutes in the drive through. It’s never a long line. Idk why it takes 15 minutes every time. Doesn’t matter what time of day, 15 MINUTES EVERY TIME.

Jack-in-the-box is a very nice, casual place for anyone wanting to eat a burger. The interior design is enjoyable, along with the customer service.

I try not to give negative reviews, I've been going to this place for over 3 years since I live about a half a mile away. During the day they have always been amazing but at night they have always failed to get anything correct. I never did give them a negative review even though they deserved it more than a few times. But I definitely wanted to get on here tonight since I just had the greatest service. Staff was great. Food was great. I never thought in a million years they would get that late night team together but whatever they're doing now they need to keep doing it. Honestly, I don't expect a lot at fast food restaurants. Like I said I've been spending my money there either way. It was nice to get my money's worth tonight.

Drive through lady had a bad attitude when in to use the bathroom it was disgusting ordered 3 combo meals asked if I could get two little containers of barbecue sauce I was told they can only give one for 3 Meals won't be back

When there to get 2tacos for. 99 as there online menu states, faults 2 for $ 3.30 the same ones you get anywhere for a buck and it was not good at all.

Ordered through their app and when I didn’t receive my order and called they told me it wasn’t ready yet and when I kept calling back up there after to see if I could get a refund because me Uber driver cancelled they never answered the phone. Then I went up their and the lady at the register had an attitude along with the fact that she kept telling me she couldn’t give me a refund and that I needed to contact Uber to get it when I didn’t order though Uber nor did I pay through Uber but through their app and their still not answering the phone so I can tell them that she was wrong and Uber can’t give me a refund because they don’t see a transaction made for jack in the box though Uber on my card.

Drive through for breakfast. Service was efficient and friendly. Food was hot and what was ordered. The outside of the restaurant was clean and tidy.

Every time I come here Kierra is here and being very rude. I was on the drive trough waiting for my food and I overheard her saying “ I hate this customer he needs to find another place to go and get his food” talking about the car that left in front of me and also my Oder was not ready she told me to go back in the line and wait. What a customer service! Wow

Tried the Southwest grilled chicken salad. It was very good! Dining room was clean and service was excellent!

Decent place. Took 20 min for Onion Rings and A Egg Roll that tasted like a rubber band. My shake was the best thing about the meal. Actually I gave 3 stars because of the location and it was the ONLY restaurant open during the ice storm

Just came here at 4am and received awesome customer service and hot and fresh food. I’m seriously impressed w the quality of this Jack in the box especially at 4 am

The poor girl at the window dropped my bag of food then had the nerve to ask me if I could backup and pick it up. When I told her to remake my son's order she was shockingly suprised. This location is a hot mess. I only go if my son begs for it since it's close to the house.
