Food was ok but not worth the price. Hadn’t realized it’s more expensive here in Georgetown. The $1-10 should be changed because 99% of the meals on the menu were over $11.
Love jack in the box but man.this place is SO SLOW. 15+ minute wait on a dead sunday for a buttery jack combo? What the heck? !
Edit: they ended up forgetting the curly fries.just drive to a different jack n the box.

Maybe don’t make the burgers then wait 15 minutes making other food and dropping all our fried food to be cooked… the burgers were ice when we got home… Jack in the box is going out of business cause the prices are rising but the service and quality standards at every one I go to is schiitt
Gave me the wrong order & WAY overcharged me. Would not fix it unless I drove back 30 miles. The employee at the window didn’t even know what was on the menu. Go somewhere else.
Ordered loaded tiny tacos, was in a hurry and didn’t check the bag…. Got regular tiny tacos and no hot sauce
I get the break fast burrito because it's breaking my fast from sleep and it has some good macros for protein not so many carbs. It's gooey cheese, ham, sausage, and egg wrapped in a incredible blanket tortilla. It's incredible as is the the service and establishment. 5 stars definitely recommend
I ordered a small burger at the drive-through window. It was fairly dry and really kind of tasteless.
Thank God Jack in the box still has something that is affordable. On your worse day you can have 2.00 in your pocket and still get two tacos. I wish they were 99 cents like they use to be for the longest time. However we are forced to conform to the high inflation rates everywhere, as years move forward. Thanks Jack in the box for keeping it some what in reach for us poor folks.
Click just hit 41 mins exactly I have been trapped in the drive through line. Still have not gotten to the window……. Completely unacceptable
It was the worst sourdough jack I've ever had, it actually made me very sad. It was like they hadn't even toasted it or put butter on it to toast it, the patty was cold and dry, the cheese hardly melted. I wanted to return it but I was so hungry I just barely choked it down.
I won't be returning to this one or probably another one unless I have no other options. Jack and the box used to be pretty decent as far as fast food and I'm not sure what happened but it's just very sad. I feel cheated for sure.
This place needs help. Comparing it to my previous other Jack in the Box experiences, this place lacked in every aspect. The food was dry and bland. The soda machine was out of most product. Napkin dispensers were all empty, had to ask for some and they gave us two. Restaurant itself was filthy. The outside lights were all off, had to walk up to the door to know that they were even still open. Staff seemed lifeless and uncaring about their jobs. Pass on going here.
The young man at the front counter was A-1. He is the best person who provided astounding service. You're going to go far, sir!
I'm done. I've had it with this location. Service has been going downhill for a while, when my order is being taken I'm rushed constantly in a way no other drive thru does, and they aren't correcting things as they come up wrong on the screen, just "uh-huh, what else? Will that complete your order? " No wonder they didn't give me a receipt, receipts usually have a complaint line. But this time they crammed $47 worth of food into one small bag, crushing everything but the 4pc chicken strips on top (I ordered a 6pc) so I won't be back.
