Jack in the Box, Pearland TX

Our order guy was awesome. I couldn't remember jumbo jack and called it a jack burger. He was so funny and helpful. Great service. Was a after concert dinner. More employees like this please. 5 stars

If I could give you a zero I would! How is it it’s 9: 15 and the lobby is closed when it
CLEARLY SAYS THAT IT DOESN’T CLOSE TILL 10pm! That makes no sense! Please either update your times or close your doors at the correct times!

I got in the drive thru line at 12: 49 and left at 1: 17 wothout getting to place my order. The lady just kept saying " I aint forgot about yall" and never came to the drive thru line. I did not even get food. Horrible service, save your time and go to a different location. This one is ghetto

I specifically ordered a burger with NO CHEESE and they still gave me a burger with cheese!

I am here right now. I ordered a double bacon sourdough Jack with the potato wedges and a medium train. But she acted like she didn't hear me say the drink. I paid almost $12 for just a burger and some fries and she acted like I didn't say a medial drink. Anabel is her name. She does NOT need to be on the register.

System "closed" is what we were told via the drive thru. But you are 24 hour fast food restaurant.maybe system down or further clarification is needed instead of getting the vibe people just don't want to work.

My wife ordered me and her some tacos and a jumbo jack. The tacos aren’t good and no sauce on them. And the jumbo jack didnt have any mayo or ketchup on it or onions on it either. I wont be goin back there to eat. And plus they didn’t even put what we asked for in the bag. Abd they graded them A. They need to re-train there cooks to make the right sandwich.

It's 4th of July and there are no tacos at all, and they can't make any! Really? Also no onion rings. Huh? !

Inside never open, constantly messing the orders up or don’t give me what I ask for seems like the people there don’t want to work. Whoever the owner is you should invest in new workers that will take pride in what they do.

They take too long at the drivethru if you're in a hurry forget to stop by here not recommended they don't even know what you order

Came around 3: 00pm today just to get some soft drinks but stayed in life for 20 minutes before I got to the speaker. I would’ve left but I was blocked in by the car behind me. When I did get to the speaker, no one answered for a couple minutes even tho there was no cars at the window. I pull up to the window without ordering and see a lady just standing around on her phone. I decide to just order indoors but when I went to the door, the worker rushed to the door before me and locked me out. All I wanted was 2 drinks… super unprofessional and rude. I will never be returning and spread the word to my friends to avoid this location at all costs.

This is one of my usual Jack in the Box's they always make my food right and fresh. Fries are always hot. My order is always complete never missing anything and they are always patient when I order never rushing me.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I’ve been here 3 times and 3 times they mess my order up. I’m easy going but this is ridiculous. This last time I ordered mini pancakes and got home and saw there was no syrup on top of something else off. I called the restaurant and the young lady brought attitude and hung up on me. The stuff that was right just looked terrible, even got fast food. Never again going to Jack in the box.

Melva, is the best late shift worker you all have, she is amazing. She was so professional so speedy with our order. Very personable, was very attentive to what we asked for, it is few and far between seeing someone care about their position as much as she does. I cannot sing her praises enough, as a person who has worked in the food service industry and knows how little effort can be given to accomplish the tasks given. She is a stand out. We highly recommend her for any management position as she embodies fully what “customer service” is. So thankful and glad she works at our local Jack in the box….
WHILE WE STILL LOVE MELVA

Today when arriving at 3AM we were told they were no longer taking orders and we would have to wait until 4AM to order any food. We were the last in line out of two cars we were told to wait a full hour to order. If there is a shift change issue that need to be addressed and maybe who ever made that call needs to be reprimanded, who ever she was she wasn’t Melva and we were highly disappointed.

I ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese, no mayo with secret sauce. When I checked my order it was a cheeseburger with bacon. When I went back, it was the WORSE service. I waited patiently and the lady told me that’s what i ordered and walked off. Corporate will be hearing from me.

Everything was great. Then I opened my cheese cake. Tell me why there's mold on it. That cheese cake had to be old af. Why man?

Truly don't understand why the service at this location is soo bad.takes 20 minutes just to order and 40min sometimes for the whole process. WHY. I swear if I didn't live across the street I'd wouldn't visit them.pls whataburger open soon. Pls!

Would love to give no stars but that isn't allowed. A few months ago I went thru the drive thru because the dining room wasn't open. Not sure why. I ordered the loaded tiny tacos and a drink. I get all the way home to find I got mini tacos with nothing. No sauce. No napkins. Nothing. I call and tell them and they say, you can come back and get them. Um, the purpose of the drive thru is to get your items and go. Not get your items and drive back. Anyway, I gave them a second chance today. Pull up to the drive thru. Wait, wait, wait. No one answered, no one said I'll be right with you. Well after 5 minutes I pulled forward to see if anyone was there. A lady was standing there holding a bag. Didn't come to the window. Or nothing. I could understand if it was busy, or if it was late at night. But its freaking 1: 30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I will never give you another chance. I'll drive to Houston if I have to.

I'm concerned that Jack in the Box servers do not wear gloves when they're serving drinks that are moist on the outside such as, iced coffee, cold drinks, ice cream. Why?
