Service is slow through the drive thru. And the outside lighting has a lot of lights that need replaced. The girl at the window was very nice and didn't just give me my food, she actually spoke to me and told me to enjoy the rest of my day! That was a plus+

Wow, today I went to the self-service and they treated me very well and they offered me a combo that I liked. I was ordered separately and the manager suggested that I do a combo and it was really good. Thank you, good service. I think it said in its name. IRMA was very kind

I ordered a basic witch shake and the monster tacos my shake wasn't even mixed there was pumpkin and Oreo all on the bottom of the cup and there was so much of the pumpkin flavoring at the bottom it was inedible and the tacos they gave me weren't even the monster ones they gave me two half empty shells like seriously disappointed here

It is a great place to go eat love the food, especially with that nice girl who works there. I think her name is Ximena she attended me with respect I give this place a 5 star ️

Horrible service. Went in and ordered and 20 minutes later after watching them stand around talking I went to the counter for a refund. Never going back for sure.

The lady at the window in the mornings has a poor attitude and her finger nails had dirt caked underneath. My order gets messed up half the time as well. Today I got the wrong items in my bag I told her that I specifically ordered the #26 and her response was “you said #23! ” I order the same meal every weekend. I think I’ll start driving out to Kyle for a better atmosphere and better customer service.

Drive thru, there were NO other cars in line, Soon as I pulled up, she said to give her a moment, I waited 10 MINUTES! Then a line was forming behind me so I just said "hello"and she snapped. "I said give me a minute" I waited another 5 minutes and then I left. Terrible service

Close at 12, got there at 11: 35. All the lights off but cars in parking lot so people were there. Waited several minutes and asked hello, no one answered. Guess they felt like closing up early

Zero people line and was told 20 minute wait just to take my order. Close this location down because it is truly garbage!

I asked for salad and they didn't have it because the lettuce had been damaged, I bought the Chicken Bowl with rice and the appearance was weak, the cashier's appearance was not good, slow service I had to wait 10 minutes, the egg roll was super toasted with loose appearance, overall ugly appearance.

This location is legit never open until the posted time. By 11: 30 each night, they have stopped answering the drive-thru speaker. Employees are inside, lights are on.but the drive-thru is backed up with cars that eventually have to give up and drive off. The franchisee should fire his entire night crew and start from scratch.

They are not open 24 hours I got there around 7 pm tonight hopefully building wasn’t closed and I’ve been messing up all the order. The inside A/C is broken. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a week. The drink machine is always out of most of there drink selection. They need new management and fix everything that’s broken. And the bathroom god-awful.

This place has no AC. Like is it not legal to make your employees work in 100° building the women who work here look like there going to pass out. This is so wrong. I bet if the owners house ac went out it would be fixed that day but this place has had none for over a month I will be calling texas work force commission on you people

Not quite what I remember from years ago. All the tables were dirty, food not only came out wrong, but was lacking in flavor. Had the sourdough jack, curly fries and 2 tacos. The curly fries were good, but the chicken nuggets we got were under cooked. Will not be returning.

Jack in the box is usually good but the service isn't the Greatest and the atmosphere sometimes makes me feel like I'm gonna get mugged.

Slow and unprofessional. They’ll completely ignore you even though they know you’re their unless you yell out loud for some assistance

I did an online order for food and they gave me the complete wrong order. Not what I asked for and they forgot my drink too This is very unprofessional right here.
