If I Could Give 0 stars I would. Why are people waiting in line to just get burnt recooked food and cold fries. The only thing that this location has Never messed up on is the drinks. I’m reporting y’all to DSHS. They hand you your food sooo fast because they know it’s messed up SMH!

I usually come here but my last visit, my fries were cold. Like it was cooked and waiting for someone to order. Plus, the employees were arguing with each other. This was about 2am. The drive thru lady just took off her headset and walked outside. I just wanted my food, that's all.lol

I placed my order online it went to the wrong location. I tried calling no answer so I then I drove from Allen to McKinney to Prosper because it said it was on university and those are the two different locations on the same street but to separate locations. I then went to pick up the food for the manager to tell me she can’t remake the food. Even though it was cold and not my fault. Terrible customer service. No options provide when I asked how to get a refund or how to contact customer service no help provided. Very upset and totally unacceptable. I’ve been in customer service for over 10 years and would never treat a customer in such way.

Food is a hit or a miss but that is not the big issue. The service at this location is not great to put it nicely. This is supposedly a 24 hr location but everytime i end up going in the night hours they claim to be doing “maintenance”. They have been claiming to be doing “maintenance” in the night hours for months now. The night staff are incredibly unreliable. While I understand it is the late hours of the night when I choose to order food I don’t appreciate the non existent service when this location claims to be 24 hours

This was my first and last time going to jack in the box. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line with one person ahead of me. When I got my food which was an online order, it was cold, my fries were missing and my shake was melted. Not to mention the burger tasted very very funky and like the meat had gone bad, I didn’t eat it and threw it away. I reached out to customer service days ago and am yet to hear back but I doubt I will.

Ordered food. They repeated correct order. Got home they gave us half the order. Horrible!

Very tasty Sourdough Jack burger combo. The fries need to be cooked longer to crisp them up. The chocolate shake was surprisingly quite good with an ample amount of whipped cream on top. Yum!

Ridiculous how often this store is closed. Stop advertising it as 24 hours because it's not!

I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget through drive through, we drove a couple minutes down the road my son realized they gace us the incorrect order we came back. The lady didn’t apologize, instead she charged me again for the correct order. That staff lacks competence.

Came through drive through ordered a burger with curly fries and a drink. Fries cold. Told them they gave me others still cold.

Went in late night to order food. Everyone was busy serving drive thru orders. There were 3 of us waiting in line to order food inside store but nobody cared even to greet or even tell us to wait. A couple of them came around the counter but never cared to even respond. Waited around 10 mins and left to McD.

Falsely advertising open 24 hours. They shut their services down for drive-thru and only allow for pickup orders late at night. Do not go here if you want a late night snack.

Every time we go to this location at late night (1 am or so) the girl with pink/red hair says they only take pickup orders? We drove around and saw her, and another guy (the cook?) smoking outside, sitting on the floor with the headset on her hand. Makes sense

This location has failed me twice. Initially, they had their open sign lit up and this is a 24 hour location but when you drove up to the window they denied service saying they are doing maintenance. Why not turn off your open sign then? Second time, paid for a drink and they forgot to give it to me. Called them and they never to answer. Their phone line doesn’t even work properly. I’ll take my business to another location.

My 1st time coming and I was impressed! Ordered some chicken strips, and for the price they was actually better than a large name chicken strip restaurant next door! I'll definitely give them another try!
