Jack in the Box, Port Arthur TX

I rolled through this Jack in the Box at 11: 12pm. There was no one in the line. One of the waitresses was outside talking to someone. I went to order and was told that they were in the middle of shift change and can’t take any orders right now. Really?

Purchased fish sandwich and 8 piece nuggets. I was not given a receipt. Had to wait too long, no one was in the drive thru when I ordered. After a seven minute drive home I tasted the nuggets, they were very overcooked or old because they were dry and chewy. I couldn’t eat, the fish sandwich (fish) was overcooked, the outer edges were very dry. I tried calling the store back but there was a problem with the number?

This location was understaffed and busy but the employee at the window was still smiling and showed great customer service skills. Unfortunately they were only serving fried foods at the time but with only 1 person cooking and 1person at the window it was understandable.

Worst tacos ever, even worst employee attitudes. I don't know how you manage to stay open. It's like you slap on the meat with a paint brush. I wish I could give you a 0 for a star.

Yall are wrong for selling me those inedible, hours old tacos. The outer shell had turned to rubber while the inner part was starting to decay. I've made tens of thousands of these tacos and I know you had plenty of time to make fresh ones while I waited in the parking lot for my food to come out. Yall drop the egg rolls fresh every time. Good job on the egg rolls. I called yall before I came here, but the phone doesn't even ring.

Food is good when it's actually right. Don't expect to have good service, every employee we've encountered over the past few years have been trash human beings. Don't work for a restaurant of you're gonna be that vile to your customers!

One more time visiting Jack in the box in Port Arthur. The floors were very slippery at the entrance. Restrooms are extremely disgusting as my first experience (They're so dirty that I can compare with an abandoned restroom in the middle of nowhere). The soda tasted very weird, like the water was dirty or something, I can tell that's definitely not filtered water. My sandwich was okay. My husband ordered egg rolls and mini tacos, which tasted very good.

I love their stuffed jalapenos and tacos. But most of the time I go there, they don't ever have my stuff jalapenos, or they have them, and they don't have the dipping sauce. Their best item on the menu is the strawberry shake.

Idk how people here rate it more than 2-3 stars! Service is horrible! They ignore you for a good 5-10 minutes, then they take your order and their attitude is always bad makes me never want to go ugh, I stopped going to this specific jack in the box, do not recommend, drive the extra miles for someplace else

I have a 30 minute lunch break… it took over 30 minutes to get my food with no warning… I couldn’t eat my lunch and so I wasted $11 and I couldn’t even eat my food. All I got was a classic buttery Jack and curly fries. DO BETTER. I understand mistakes happen, but this is out of hand… and you call yourselves fast food.

Really bad service. They close the doors and try to force you to go through the drive thru when driving a box truck it's impossible to get good service out here in Port Arthur

The food I did get was burnt. They didn't give me my tacos or stuffed jalapeños. They ask you to wait in the front from the drive-through so they can mess you order up and not check it at the window. This place is terrible, and the shake machine is always "broken".

I don't believe it's lack of employee's. I belive it's very unorganized very. I was in the drive thru for 25 minutes. At this time it wasn't busy no one came to the speaker I spoke and said hello, this is when my order was taken they are extremely slow. My fries were cold and really salty and my burger had a glob of grease in the container while the crew was struggling the crew leader or manager was on a personal call. I will not be returning to this jack period

The food has too much mayonnaise all my family got a hair in all the food the food came very badly in the boxes bad service why is it not available so you can eat inside From the outside you can see the bad engineering

Was waiting at the drive thru window with my husband after nobody took my order at the speaker, And still nobody helped, I called and was sent to voicemail, Saw a black man working in the back and he ignored when i beeped. He then proceeded to eat a curly fry while looking straight at me. Never coming here again!

Went to this location earlier and I waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes nobody ever came on the speaker. I backed up and tried to go inside and a male employee with a headset gets out of a car that was parked out front and asked me if I was there to pick up an order. I told him I wanted to make an order and he just told me to go to the drive thru

No one would come take out order and we sat there for 40 minutes and when we got to the window the cussed us out

This is a lousy place, the people who work there give lousy service. Last night, January 31,2023, I went at around 9: 30 pm and after waiting a long time in line to order, it turns out that there was no one inside the business, without notices, with the lights on and the ordering screen on, for At least turn off the lights and so we're not like idiots waiting in line for more than 15 minutes. Before it was a good place, now it's the most demeaning thing there is and very despotic people when serving. I give a zero rating, which puts this place in disrepute for fast food chain.

I had a very bad experience at this jack the guy was racist because I don't speak good English but I didn't sue because probably the owner doesn't have an idea who's running his business.
