17Ordered and paid online, I get there they claim they never got an order now I'm out $26 and have no food thanks a lot!
How is it the customers fault your low on staff and we have been waiting in line to order. We drive up to place our order and wait patiently after at least 5 min. The lady says we are closed!? Like really knowing we have been waiting. She decided to close due to low staff on a SATURDAY/Sunday! Super upset I’ve waited in line! How you just gone close when YOU HAVE A LINE!
Their sandwich and fries gets cold fast. It doesn't stay hot or warm. You gotta kind of microwave it again. Their Curley fries are delicious.
It was just frustrating that the person taking our order didn't understand English. Or speak English either just made it difficult.
Very slow with rude employees & order is usually wrong. I only go there for a family member who is immobile otherwise would not eat at this location.
This jack in the box needs new workers no manager on duty no working phone and the shift leader or crew have no badges on u spend 20 or more at this place but they give u what they want corporate needs to come in and start the hiring process over
It was pretty busy. I ordered, paid and was missing food from my bag. I always check my order and the one time I don't stuff is missing. After a long day I don't want to have to go back.
Messed up my order I paid 18.00 for 3 eggrolls and a kids meal, they don't answer the phone.it's my loss, and I won't eat j.i. T.b. Again
Pretty good, and the breakfast is great (Available all day). I wasn't too hungry, so I got the two tacos, which are very small and delicious.
Pretty darn solid for a fast food type place. I'm gonna go ahead and give it a well-deserved 4 stars! My burger was surprisingly delicious.
Omg Just left the Jack n the Box off Esters and 183.they had locked all doors since short staffed so the Drive thru was slammed, I sat a total of 30 min at a drive thru! So after that they asked me to pull up since waiting on my rice Bowl and eggroll and forgot my whole order but one eggroll. Went all the way home after realizing they forgot order.ugh
Employees sometimes a little rude and food a bit rough at times. It really shows because McDonald's next door is just blowing up with customers whereas you guys have maybe several customers tops. Improve your service and they will come for sure!
Waited 15 mins mind you there was only 1 person before me and 4 behind had to wait for the people behind me to move so I could finally get out the drive through. HORRIBLE
Customer service with ricky was horrible, could not get my order right. Was jack in town. He needs to be fired
This place doesn't even deserve one star. I ate here on Weds, around 2: 00 p.m. Pulled around drive through smelled the garbage before I got even got my food. Smelled something that smelled of throw up fron the garbage. I ate my French fries, it smelled of throw up, and then I threw up a couple of times and couldn't even eat anything else. I usually order my food here quite frequently and its usually good, but never again! Will not be returning.
EVERY NIGHT AFTER 2PM, THE DRIVE THRU WORKS STATE THAT THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE MACHINES OR THEY DONT RESPOND ON THE INTERCOM. EVERY EVENING THERE IS A NEW EXCUSE. THE MANAGERS NEED TO BE AWARE THERE NIGHT SHIFT IS NOT DOING THERE JOB.
Waited on the drive-thru for about 15 minutes while the guy at the window sucked up to the person ahead of me who was "corporate. " Not only did I get charged for a coffee, which I did not order, but I was also missing 2 out of the 3 things I ordered for my kids. Definitely not a fast food place that is worth going back for anything. I would not recommend going there unless you are desperate to waste your time and money.
